I recently moved from St. George and was excited to see a Fiiz here! Unfortunately every time I get my drink (diet Dr. Pepper with coconut) the flavor is so gross. I’ve tried getting it 3 different times, hoping it’d taste yummy (like the one I’d get at the St. George location) but they’ve all been awful. The service is good, but I think the soda or other flavorings need to be looked at.

I love fiiz but the one in Hurricane lately has had awful customer service! I don’t hardly go anymore because the last times I’ve tried the girls working the inside have been unprofessional and even rude. This last time (just now) there was a teenage boy in a truck with an extra long bed parked in a manner so that he was covering over half of the entrance/exit. I almost got into a head on collision with another driver who rolled down her window and tried talking to the boy. He just scoffed at her, rolled his window up and turned his head the other direction. 😒 It honestly seemed like he was just one of the employees boyfriends waiting around for her to get off. Also, they didn’t even have what I went for in stock.

I love Fizz. However lately the one in Hurricane has been pretty awful. I don’t know if they have new staff or people who just don’t care. Today I sat in line for over 10 mins for one drink and there were only 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window I had to wait again for them to take my money. #frustrated.

I Was having a rough morning stop to get my caffeine to keep me through the day. Came to the window and met the sweetest soul! She didn’t judge me when I dropped my phone out my car window or when I had a meltdown because my brother had Passed a couple months ago and I was struggling with it today (Or make fun of me for wearing ridiculous pajamas in the drive-through). She made my drink and made me smile. Eliza, thank you for having such an amazing personality. You’re going places.

Do not come to the hurricane location! I ordered the frozen butterbrew and the drink was PURE butterscotch SYRUP blended with nothing but ice. Not cream or milk, no ice cream. It tasted like pure surface and regret. They would not making me a new (real) drink, but charged me for a replacement. What a dangerous and disgusting food item to charge close to $7 for.👎🤢

Messed up two out of four drinks and charged us for the missing syrups and cream. Also we asked for no purée and got it anyways.😔
We had to repeat our order 3 times and our drinks were still wrong. I asked them if they could fix it and the girl gave me a blank stare and said “umm idk” I got the vibe she was in training but the customer service was not there.

Not gonna lie $8 for a 25 oz drink and a cookie is a bit much! I got the chocolate chip cookie and it lacked taste and chocolate. I ended up throwing more than half of it away. I think i will stick to my trusty gas station drink and cookies!

The drinks are usually great, but I’m really tired of cleaning up spilled soda that bubbles out of the lid before I even have a chance to get the straw in. Or getting a mouthful of just syrup because it wasn’t mixed and there’s no room in the cup to mix it myself. Please just fill the cups a little less… this happens like every other time I order here and it’s only this location.
