Dude.. My Philly was so so good. I told the kid that made it if he could come to my house. 😂 I bought it to go but sat down and enjoyed it. Two employees asked me how it was so I ordered another one for tomo. I didn't think I would be sold on a chain sandwich shop.. I was wrong

This is the cleanest and best run Jersey Mike's. The sandwiches my wife and I got were awesome. Everyone working there made us feel welcome. They actually smiled and talked to us.
I've never eaten at a Jersey Mike's until two days ago. Loved my Philly Steak sub, can't wait to come back. The service was incredible. Employees were friendly, efficient and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. I've been in customer service for over 39 years and appreciate what it takes to make a difference. Good job!

I had placed an order through DoorDash for two sandwiches. When we received them, they were not the correct ones. I called the store and spoke to Mike, the shift lead, and he told me to come in and he would fix me new sandwiches and make sure that they were accurate. I appreciate that as that was our dinner and I didn’t have anything else out or planned. Not only did he make us new sandwiches he gave me two free subs for the next time I come in.

Update: my husband and I come here weekly! Always treated with excellent service. Only had an error 1 time and they were quick to fix it and went above.
Ordered the hot honey chicken. I was worried it would be spicy, very mild. Delicious flavor! Definitely will order again. Picked a brownie last second and it was gooood! This location is new and was very busy but the staff was still super kind and friendly despite the chaos.

I asked for not to be Mike’s weight and he said it right next to one he did Mike’s way and splashed vinegar and olive oil all over mine and then argue with me when I ask him not to do that and that was the manager worst ever place ever no respect for customers when I ask before he even did it
