kudos to this store in the ManagerI visited the store today and found their credit card machine was not working. No payment method was accepted, and the employee at the front kindly explained the issue. He was offering free meals to customers who couldn’t place an order—an outstanding level of service. This truly sets them apart from other businesses that would simply turn you away after waiting 20 minutes in line. Kudos to this store and its manager.

I ordered two sandwiches and both of them looked like that. All we did was ask for the type of sandwich that we wanted with all the free stuff and they doused them with Caesar salad dressing and all the sauces which totally destroyed the whole experience!!!!! Won’t be back

I have loved this place for 6 months...now I always order a veggie sandwich...and I get a double meat sandwich...not happy ...next time I order a veggie and I get 1/3 less and no taste...I am done with them...never again

Not sure why you place a mobile order if the staff ignore it until you arrive. I placed a mobile order arrived 15 mins later and they had not even started it. You could tell they don’t look at the screen, my recommendation is to just not offer it moving forward.
