JJ's bread is always soft and fresh. Ingredients are much better than Subway. Service is excellent. Staff has always been friendly when I visit.

I ordered through the app at 10 AM for a pickup window of 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM and arrived at 1:18 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were out of the ingredients needed for my wrap and the pita chips that accompany it. To my surprise, they hadn't even started preparing my order. It seemed like they were waiting to see if I wanted to choose something else instead of the wrap I originally ordered.
What disappointed me most was their response when I inquired about the shortage. They mentioned they had run out yesterday, which raises the question: why wasn't I contacted via email or phone when my order was received?
While I appreciated that the rest of the food was good, it didn't make up for the inconvenience and lack of communication. I would rate the customer service as a 1 star for this experience.

Cashier was a little rude, other than that it is Jimmy Johns. The girl that made my sandwich was friendly. Normally JJ is very friendly and greet you.. seemed like a party atmosphere so maybe I interrupted the cashier.

I used to work for the current manager, McKay, and I cannot speak highly enough about this man. When I was too poor to afford basic needs, he looked out for me more then a normal fast food manager would have. Every time I see him he's just as kind as I remember. A lovely and funny guy to be around in general, and absolutely the best manager I've ever worked for. So much respect and admiration for this guy. Needs a raise and solid Jimmy John salute. ?

Maybe slow down a little and take the whole order…. Sure you’re supposed to be ‘freaky fast’ but getting my order wrong every time I come in isn’t fast. This location sucks
I put in a mobile order. People that come after me and ordered got their food before me. Not the best experience.

Extremely disappointed with tonights order. Paid dang near $10 for one single sandwich to get the tiniest bit of meat (4 slices). We tried this sandwich a few days ago and loved it, ordered the exact same way (minus the “EZ glaze”) but it was double the size, so we placed another order. I understand we ordered near closing time but that doesn’t change the price we pay or the expectation of the item we purchased. This is just lazy and not okay. Consistency is key for success on both sides of the sale.
