This was my first time eating at Jimmy Johns. It smelled delicious as soon as we walked in. By the time we paid and I was just finished filling up my drink, our sandwiches were ready. Super fast, delicious, and the order was completed as requested. The only downside is the small indoor dining area.

Quick drive through for a few subs. I was impressed with the prices. 6.99 for a regular tuna And a turkey. Appreciate the value for sure! I would say they put a decent amount of meat on but could have maybe used a little more flavor/sauce. Fast service too!

Service is very prompt, whether it's dine in or drive through. Staff are friendly. They are accommodating too, with various different allergies, and with a little extra care with ice cups for a long trip back to Kanab for the hungry family. We keep cooking back... Especially for an unwich. So good. This is definitely a go to, with our favorites like Chick-fil-A. Thank you ,😁

Recommend Turkey Tom and my husband likes hunter's club. Meat on the turkey sandwich was low, so one star less. But the bread is good. It's food made quick. I preorder with the app and i just walk in (or drive through) and pick it up. Cashier was nice.
Ummwich came up clutch for us. It’s a Jimmy John’s. It was exactly as you’d expect if you’ve ever walked into a Jimmy John’s before. Cashier was nice!

I ordered through the app at 10 AM for a pickup window of 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM and arrived at 1:18 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were out of the ingredients needed for my wrap and the pita chips that accompany it. To my surprise, they hadn't even started preparing my order. It seemed like they were waiting to see if I wanted to choose something else instead of the wrap I originally ordered.
What disappointed me most was their response when I inquired about the shortage. They mentioned they had run out yesterday, which raises the question: why wasn't I contacted via email or phone when my order was received?
While I appreciated that the rest of the food was good, it didn't make up for the inconvenience and lack of communication. I would rate the customer service as a 1 star for this experience.
