I ordered 3 extra most bestest pizzas with pineapple the girl that did my order was very rude and manage to completely mess my order up she did 2 pizzas that are clearly not the extra and barely had any pineapple I always get my pizza from here but never again I’d give a zero if I could and the girl needs to learn how to work with people because she was extremely rude

Their time management is the worst among all of the places in Hurricane. Just look at all the other reviews. Placed a pick up order and of course still had to wait 25-30 minutes after the pick up time.

My daughter asked why we never order this pizza anymore and I told her we'd try it again. I ordered 2 hours early online and then waited for 20 minutes in the drive through (I was the only car) to be told it would take 10 more minutes. They asked if I wanted to wait or if I wanted a refund. They weren't very apologetic at all and for most of that time in the drive through I was ignored. And I told my daughter that's why we don't order from here anymore. Not the first time I've had a terrible experience here.

O hot and readys the past 4 or 5 times I’ve been, that is what you are known for. If you don’t have hot and readys you don’t have business. If somebody wanted to order a pizza you wouldn’t get it from here you would get it from Pizza Hut

This was a great place we stopped and ordered and Braxton was awesome after I order and paid and he brought it to my car so I didn’t have to leave my dogs alone in the car. Great job thanks
We got the stuffed crust pretzel crust which wasn't evenly cut. Goldilocks cut. Some of the pieces tasted burnt on the crust. There is no way to order zap packs. Wings were amazing as usual!

We ordered our pizza today 10/04/25 ahead of time so we could just go through the drive thru and get it but instead waited half an hour because they didn’t see our order then proceeded to tell us that they gave our food to someone else. Very bad and slow service if I could give negative stars I would. I also witnessed many people drive up and then just leave the window due to how long the wait was.

Total Joke. No online coupons are working as advertised. They wont take my order over the phone and honor it. Fast food is so expensive now days and they could care less about customer service. If you want my business you better earn it. As of now just like Burger King and their filth. You have lost me as a patron from poor service and online presence. Modern up or perish
