I rate this place a zero. The quality of service is the same as it was 15 years ago. My order took over 25 minutes while in the drive through. It was under staffed, the employee gave me the wrong order 3 times, and was rude to the customer, when treated with nothing but dignity and respect...Its not their fault, it's their managements fault. Most likely due to a lack of leadership and mentorship. The competency and motivation of the employees was extremely lacking. It's very obvious the owner needs to replace their floor managers, start paying their employees more money to attract and keep a more competent, motivated, and efficient work force.
It's obvious that this has been an ongoing situation for years, which tells me it's a franchise owner and management issue. The establishment is obviously run by corporate style managers, and not leaders.
I will never be returning to this place, If I ran my crews in this manner, I'd get fired quickly. Any employee working here needs to quit and move on. I bet this establishment is losing millions of dollars annually because the locals stopped going here for these same reason. What a shame, It could be a great business.

We ordered extra ranch and they charged me then they swapped it all with BBQ sauce. When we asked about the ranch they rudely said we are all out. So they tried the old switcheroo without even being friendly or open about it...

Had an absolutely horrendous and terrifying experience today.
We ordered from Uber Eats and it had several items missing. Went back to the restaurant and on the way in saw two bags with our name on them in the trash outside. When we went in the people said “the delivery driver missed two bags, one sec we will get them for you.” They then went in the back and brought the bags back just a moment later. Very obviously getting them out of the trash not knowing we’d just seen them in there. We called them on it and they admitted that they had done that.

Ordered on mobile app first window give you a receipt and second window makes you pull around to wait, then they bring out food and when i find a missing item I have to go in to get it and the guy was rude and arguing that I received it when I didn't.

I have only been in the drive thru. Even when busy the line steadily moves. The employees are friendly and I have not had an error in my order, especially when omitting a condiment. The food is warm but could be less salty.
It says they’re open 24hrs but that’s false. Came on a Sunday 1:30a and it’s closed

Because of my 3 year old granddaughter and they have a playground, I am stuck coming here in the winter for lunch with here. They have to be reminded to turn on the heater. Today, 53 degrees in here. So uncomfortable.

Not normally a fan of McDonalds, but we stopped here for breakfast and to my surprise it was very good, hot and fresh a bit spendy as most McDonalds are these days. But all in all a good experience. Plenty of parking and easy on and off the main road.
