This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They canceled my order without telling me. And it’s very poorly run. To call this customer service is ridiculous. Now I know the reason why this place has such a reputation. Never coming back, I wish I could give this place no stars

Sausage egg Mcmuffin tasted like yesterday's leftovers, Dr. Pepper beverage was flat. Never had a flat drink from Mcdonald's. All employees looked like they were family members IYKYK

I went through the drive and ordered a mcchicken sandwich not spicy, I even talked to the gentleman at the window and asked for not spicy. It was still spicy!!!
Me and some friends come here and hang out a lot and we ride our mountain bikes here to just hang out with the homies most of the employees are nice and helpful but one manager is just always rude to us we put our mountain bikes inside where the employees told us we can and he came by and threatened to kick us out if we didn’t move our bikes which is insane considering our mountain bikes are 1500 to 7000 and we don’t want them getting stolen. If this manager was actually helpful and respectful to us like we are to him we would be here a lot more!

I get a coffee go order with no receipt from the kiosk. They should give receipts to everyone first off. I get my coffee and confirm with the worker that it’s a large coffee and she said oh no (meanwhile it was written directly on the ticket number with my exact order), and she takes it back. She then comes back and gives me a smaller size with WAY too much ice. Ridiculous amounts of ice and she gave me a size too small. I couldn’t ask for her to go back and fix it because she wouldn’t stop for a second to talk to the customers who had concerns and questions. Awful management.
