Mountain Mike's Pizza

We ordered a variety of items as we rolled into town and everything was delivered hot and fresh to our rental door. Luke, our delivery driver, was personable and went out of his way to ensure a positive experience. He made a second run out when we realized an order error on our part and provided some additional local dining recommendations for our time in Hurricane. Thanks for a great experience!

Really gross pizza. Try somewhere local instead.

We were on holidays from Canada so this was our first Mountain Mikes experience. 10/10. One in our party is a pizza guy and he said the pizza here was top notch and wishes we had it. We also had the not-knot garlic knots and they were mouth watering good.

Ordered ahead and got there 20 minutes before the time and paid, go to my food 40 minutes later. Food was good, cause a little sweet but good

I cannot say enough about the importance of customer service, high quality product, and ownership being involved in our community… and this place crushes all three since they have been open. My daughter and I were home last night, both recovering from injuries, and decided to order online for delivery. After about an hour and a half I called in knowing it was getting late and they would be closing soon. Chloe Robinson answered the phone and I quess I had done it for take out. I was the one that screwed up the order and the way she handled it on the phone was incredible… she was offering me add ons to make up for my mistake!!! I explained it was all good and asked if they could still deliver my specialty pizza, customized, that had been sitting there for an hour. Just before close we got a brand new right out of the oven order delivered with a smile. We are lucky to have this brand, their staff, and this owner in our community!!! Thank you

Ordered a takeout Pepperoni pizza. The pizza was loaded with pepperoni. However, many were on the crispy side, like the pizza had been baked too long. The dough though, wasn't fully cooked through and was very chewy. The pepperoni were very spicy hot. We had to remove most of them as they were burning our tongues due to their spiciness. First time ordering from here and we are not from the area, so we won't be back. If you like your pizza spicy, doughy and pepperoni slightly overcooked - you'll like Mountain Mike's.

I want to like this place so bad because it’s close, but the service is consistently sub-par. I need someone to remind me to never go here.
My most recent experience I ordered over the phone for pickup - they tell me 15-20 mins. I showed up 20 mins later and paid, the girl says it’ll be a few more minutes so I sit down in a chair near the door to wait. After I’ve been sitting there for about 15 mins I finally go and ask how much longer it’s going to be - the guy kinda laughs and says “oh are you the one who’s been waiting? We called out your order quite a while ago”.
The music is so loud in there how in the world was I supposed to hear. Also, if you’ve got a customer actively sitting and waiting why in the world would you not actively be checking and alert me directly. So frustrating.
The pizza is very overpriced for what it is - Pizza Wagon is 10x better and way better value, you just have to plan ahead for it is the only drawback.

Amazing pizza. Love the little slices for my kids. And the fact you gave up paper plates with a delivery order. 12/10 would give you 6 starts if I could.

Personal sized pizza is always overdone. Pepperoni always a bit black around the edges. The people are nice but learn to cook the smaller pies shorter then a giant family sized pie.
