No where in the order do they tell you that you are ordering raw dough with pizza ingredients. That is an absolute must if you allow online ordering. Failure to properly alert me that I am not ordering cooked ruined our family vacation.

I went in and cause I had a coupon for a buy one get one free and I told them the two pizzas I wanted and that I have a buy one get one free and they marked my buy on get one free of and only gave me buy one get one 50% off. That is poor customer service and dishonesty ?

The employees were pretty nice. I could tell one of them wasn't having the best of days. I have had much better pizzas from papa's.....? I'm not sure what happened buy I would suggest ensuring the pizza is made so that the sauced reaches the sides of all of the edges as well as every last topping. Pretty good pizza though...!

Love these guys! I did an order online and was stuck in traffic trying to make it there to pick up before they closed. I was 5 minutes late getting there, but they patiently helped me anyways. Thanks Haylee!

The customer service was amazing! I ordered my pizzas and was walking out the door within 4 minutes. Great team works and exceptional manners. The tall redhead was extremely kind and very polite. Customer service like that makes it easy to have pizza weekly!
