Been coming here about once a month, or more, since they opened, several years ago. My favorite local restaurant, Pig's Ear Bistro, has a huge menu with no duds on it. However, I must admit that I was surprised that, after reading dozens of reviews, none of them mentioned the Cajun prawn appetizer or the baby back ribs! If either of these dishes sounds appealing to you, be prepared for the best version of them you have ever had. Period. After trying and enjoying almost everything on the menu, I now order the prawns and ribs ( half rack and I'm a big eater) virtually every time I dine here.
There is NOBODY in Southern Utah making a better Salmon or Beet Salad..... No one! Pigs Ear has the market cornered on quite a few things. It's a 30 min drive for me and I am a foodie that frequents Las Vegas weekly and Pigs Ear can run with the best of them. For you... do not walk.... But run here!
Food was very good, Like best place i have eaten at in the saint george area. The atmosphere was kind of like a higher end bar kind of vibe. The food surpassed the atmosphere in my opinion. It was really good though. Service was amazing and the food was even better. If i have any recommendations it'd just be an improvement in atmosphere. But that is me just being knit picky. 10/10 you need to bring your wife here
Always a soild choice for lunch, dinner, tasty sodas or an adult cocktail. Doesn't matter if you're hot n sweaty from a summer Sand Hollow run, or fresh and crispy for a date night. See ya there
Random stop on our way to Zion park, your won’t regret it. Food was amazing.

Excellent place to eat. Had the ribs and would definitely recommend. Everyone in the group really enjoyed the food. The service was really good considering how busy it was. Will be returning during our next trip to Hurricane.

Great food and service! Our waitress went above and beyond to accommodate the toddlers in our party during Saturday night rush.

Boy is it busy at times but we went during rush without a reservation and had almost no wait even with a packed house and a line.
Food was great and thoughtful
It is a loud place more than anything with the atmosphere

Such a cute restaurant and everyone is super nice. Their French fries are the best! This is our weekly go to 🥰
Terrible experience. I should have turned around and left after dealing with the miserable young girl host with dark hair but I unfortunately didn’t.
Bad staff, food is mediocre at best. Run away from this place as it’s one of the worst in the area.
