The food here is the main reason to go. Such a great selection and so well done. Service is great. Ambiance-not so much.
I thought our meals were quite bland compared to when I went for lunch. Dinner is significantly more expensive and not worth it.
We've eaten here twice. Both times the food was excellent. Best Salmon in the area. Burger was decadent. Service is very good, as well. I'll be back!
Pigs ear is my absolute favorite restaurant anywhere near St. George and Hurricane. Wish they had more locations. The food is amazing. This service is amazing. I love going back again and again.
The food was amazing!! The ribs were cooked to perfection with the meat practically falling off the bones. The sauce and spices used for the rub were out of this world good. The sides, although small in portion, were paired excellently as well. The service was excellent, aside from having to wait for the hostess to seat us when there was a plethora of open seating available. However, one of the mangers intervened and we were quickly escorted to our seats. You cannot go wrong by eating here, except if you are vegetarian or vegan, then you’re just out of luck because the food is amazing! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
Everything on the menu is fabulous. My favorite go-to's are lunch: enchiladas; dinners: salmon, chicken cutlets, and the shaking beef. Then, for dessert key lime pie, bread pudding, and chocolate cake have been very satisfying. Friendly staff. I've never had a bad experience here.
We were passing by and oh my gosh, it’s refreshingly delicious! We had bacon burgers, and the kids had Mac and cheese and a grilled cheese. The staff was nice and friendly and thoughtful. If we weren’t passing through, we would come here more often!
Trust me. Don't waist your time. Pretentious staff and rude waitresses 👎👎👎
The hostess attitude and approach to seating people and reservations is poor. Even with a reservation plan to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated.
The food was top notch. Had the tacos for appetizers. 10/10 recommend. For dinner i had Parmesan chicken cutlets. Never had anything so tasty before, definitely will order again. The bread pudding for dessert was so good, I had two orders. Our server was on top of everything.

If you want a great burger I can't recommend the bacon cheeseburger enough. The restaurant was very nice and the staff was excellent. If you are in Hurricane Utah this is a place you should definitely check out.
Ordered the salmon, asked the waitress if it would look the the online picture, answer was yes. Well it looked like it was thrown quickly together and the gray fish fat was not removed. Second dinner was the bacon cheese burger. Ordered without the burger sauce. What I got was a nicely medium rare burger, tasty bacon with a tomato skin sauce with onions which over powered the taste of the burger and soaked through the lower bun. My suggestion is prep the fish properly and remove the gray fat from the salmon and for the cheese burger 🍔 put the sauce on the side and use a real tomato 🍅,
The Shaking Beef is the best!!
Racist. They didn't want to give us a table for no reason.
Great communication and timely delivery.
