2 medium supreme pizzas not cooked all the way through and greasy. Worst Pizza Hut pizzas in such a long time. I travel so I am always ordering from Pizza Huts in different cities. Totally surprised since I have higher expectations in Hurricane UT.

Beautiful outdoor covered dining area. It was nice weather, pleasantly cold and having hot pizza. Pizza was made just right according to instructions. Good customer service.

I decided to give Pizza Hut a shot. I’m not big on pizza from big chains as they tend to make mediocre pizza but we were short on time. Had issues with ordering online. It wouldn’t process payment. Had to start order over again and re-enter everything. I did take out. When I got home the pepperoni pizza was just a cheese pizza. The specialty thin pizza crust pizza tasted and had the texture of a saltine cracker. The other specialty pizza was alright. Overall I was pretty unimpressed with the food quality and ordering experience. I reinforced my prior bias against big chain pizza joints. Not a fan.

I've ordered the Chicago Tavern style pizza 3 times over the last month or 2 - Every time ordered with extra sauce & extra sausage - all 3 times it didn't have extra sauce on them, and 2 out of 3 times there was absolutely not extra sausage on the pizza. I paid extra for the extra sausage, but didn't get what I paid for, All 3 times the crust was soggy, definitely not anywhere near close to Chicago Tavern style pizza (I lived in Chicago for 45+ years).

You get 3 stars for your food and your delivery drivers. I knocked 2 stars off because it is absolutely ridiculous that you charge a $5 delivery fee and the delivery drivers don't get a penny of that. So you are taking money away from your drivers because we are having to tip less because of your stupid delivery fee. Why are you charging $5 to deliver Pizza to someone who lives 2 to 3 mi away from your business??? Greed!
