We had an abysmal experience at this subway. We came in at 7.50 pm on Sunday, 11/24 to get two sandwiches. The girl with the short hair, nose piercing, and glasses was extremely rude and did not want to serve us. She glared at us, stopped attending to the customers in front of us, and told us that she’s closing in an hour and she has to make 6 sandwiches. Making a few sandwiches does not take an hour. If she doesn’t want to do her job, maybe she should quit.

If I can, I'd give 0 stars. The lady working that has a man haircut with piercings was pretty rude. We walked in and said, " we close in an hour, and I have 6 people ahead of you," in a rude way. Keep in mind She was halfway done. I'm not sure if she's racist but nobody is forcing her to work. It doesn't take an hour to make 6 sandwiches. She's making you guys lose business. She's lazy and unprofessional. From what I can see from the reviews, others had the same issue, which is sad.

I ordered a footlong italin herb and cheese tuna when i came back to my home i opened the sandwich i had it after a while i puked badly i thought i know the tuna was spoiled no hygiene. Don’t recommend here

The girl the works the drive-through is so sweet!!!
I’d fire the girl with the nose ring and glasses that was working on 8/4/2024 at 3:00. She was openly complaining to all the employees as I sat in the dining room about how she is over worked and was whining about the “BOSS”. She mentioned she was a “manager”. Very unprofessional.

I don't normally post reviews, but I just had to warn people about this place. The most recent reviews that are predominantly negative are reflective or my experience. Crew members, specifically the blonde girl that served us, was extremely indifferent and frankly not wanting to help us out in the first place. We had asked for Italian bread which we always get, but I guess they didn't have it so without asking us, she just gave us a different one and mind you we ordered 4 sandwiches like this. Moreover, I had asked for double toasting on all 4 but she didn't do it for a single one and when I reminded her, she still did not do it. Bread was soggy and NOT to our liking. And then to top that off, when I asked for a little bit more bell peppers, she rolled her eyes and then went on to explain that there was a rush and there were no more toppings. Mind you, I've worked in fast food, and I understand having intermittent periods of rush hour. I don't know how things work here, but we always ensured supplies and ingredients were replenished after the fact. Not only was there an evident lack of ingredients including condiments that she refused to refill and rather tried to squeeze every last bit of, the station was extremely messy and chaotic. Quite frankly, I lost my appetite. A lot more missteps were done throughout and I can honestly say this has been my worst experience at a Subway. Please retrain your staff and teach them to be kinder to their GUESTS.

Pretty much theft. Wrong bread, wrong cheese, super skimpy portions when I ordered extra cheese. Didn’t add all the toppings I ordered. It’s like they didn’t have enough food and instead of making something else, they just threw what they had together and gave it to the delivery person.
