Can I give negative stars? I haven’t been to a subway in years and today I was reminded why. I’ll never be back either! They still have signs about lack of supplies back from Covid! Five years ago! And they are still half stocked with supplies. I only went in to get a happy Gilmore cup, and guess what? They were out! It was disgustingly dirty inside and the service was terrible. The food smells. How is this place not been shut down by the food inspector yet? So gross. Guess what? There’s a jersey Mike’s and Jimmy John’s down the street. Good luck to this disgusting subway.

We entered this subway, and were the only three people there. No one else. It took them 5 minutes to acknowledge us, and then were honestly quite rude to us. They barely put any toppings on our sandwhiches. When my husband asked for extra olives they said they “couldn’t” because they were low on olives. There were 7 olive pieces on our sandwiches. It took us 20 minutes to get three sandwhiches and NO ONE else was there. I will never be back.

Don’t come to the Hurricane Subway. The workers all look like they hate being there, they’re impolite and not accommodating. They will not make the Sandwhich the way you want it. I asked for a couple extra helpings of veggies on my Sandwhich and they said “No.” Them I asked if I could pay for more toppings and they said no. Plus they’re slow as hell. No music playing in store. Bad vibes. Avoid at all costs.

I just sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, no one came on the intercom/took my order so I ended up leaving to go elsewhere. I called to see if I could talk to someone and no one answered. Not sure what’s going on there but it’s not good and they will no longer be getting my business…

The lady was rude and kept giving me attitude when I gave simple reminders on what I wanted on my sandwich as I thought she couldn’t hear me since she never responded. Also all of the breads looked really small and they didn’t even have tomatoes in stock even though I came at 1 pm. Overall I did not like the treatment I received.

Wish I could give zero stars. But they did give me a good laugh. This subway was empty inside. No cars in the parking lot. And nobody in the drive thru. So I go to the drive thru thinking i should be able to drive thru quickly. But when I tried to order I was told there were too many orders ahead of me and they can’t take my order. I thought I misunderstood because nobody was in side or outside. The place was empty. So I tried to order again and was told the same thing. Wow

How is it possible to be bad at working at Subway?? The ingredients are literally right in front of you. Anyways, the employees seemed zooted out of their mind on that sweet sweet zaza, and the blonde girl messed up our order so many times, to the point that when we went in there, it was light outside, and when we got out, it was dark. They didn't give us a discount for it either.
