if i could give 0 stars i would this subway sucks food tasted and looked old service was so slow ive been to this location once before and their was a young girl who’s name tag read kayla and a bearded hispanic man without a name tag they had great customer service and worked very fast together the sandwich was amazing, i was very pleased due to the fact i was in a huge rush however this time it was someone different they worked very slow when i ordered my sandwich it seemed like he had no idea what i was talking about then after all the confusion and also about 20 minutes i left. i opened my sandwich in my car and it was completely fallen apart with sauce everywhere. the sandwich was also absolutely disgusting because of the brown lettuce and spinach 🤢🤮.

Beautiful music and pretty decor, the staff was pretty friendly but the reason I am leaving a review is because of an employee, her name was Katrina and I think she was the manager? she was help training someone and she was so kind with the teaching and was so kind and patience with me. I am hard of hearing so I was super greatful when she spoke louder and slowed her speach making me her priority, she deserves a raise! Thank you subway

It was such a nice place to be, I've been here a couple times in the past and this was the best experience of all those other times, Katrina was amazing! She was quick and super friendly was helping me with different recommendations and just genualy looked like she was happy to be there. The music and the decorations also adorable It felt so festive and the place was so clean, will definitely be coming back.

The fresh ingredients were wilted and not that good. The employees were kind of grumpy and when someone tried to ask for help they ignored her for a few minutes. They just felt very rushed. They did have a cute elf on the shelf.

I wish to express my sincere disappointment regarding the service I received today from the serving lady at your sandwich restaurant. Her behavior was far below the standard of professionalism and care that any customer should expect.

Despite placing my order over twenty minutes earlier, it had not even been started. When I politely inquired about it, instead of showing concern or offering a solution, she chose to make light of the situation and display open disregard for my request. Moreover, when asked about a refund for items that were never provided, she refused, further demonstrating a lack of respect for both the customer’s time and basic fairness.

It is deeply discouraging to encounter such indifference in a service environment. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that appropriate action is taken to ensure future customers are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve.
