The air was full of confusion. I don't work therramekinshad about as much understanding of what was going on as anyone else. One girl couldn't find ramekins so she went into the back to hunt for ramekins and immediately after she left the other employee pulled ramekins from right where the first girl was initially standing.
Got multiple sandwiches and after I paid I was asked if I wanted a bag. I said yes and A bag was set on the counter for me to put my food into. Utterly surprised I did bag my own food but forgot a dipping sauce on the counter. Proof that the customer doesn't always know what the hell is going on.
Baffling service but rating five stars for comedic relief. I will be talking about this trip to Subway for weeks to come. I gave a 20% tip to bag my own food which I shamelessly ate on The floor of my empty house laughing uncontrollably from time to time over the absurdity of my trip to Subway. 10 out of 10.
Can't give an honest review on the food because it's 12:30 in the afternoon people are inside as in customers and the front doors locked how are you open with the front door being locked hurricane has a lot more options now so we don't have to tolerate the poor service from this location anymore. The franchise owner or the managers really need to get the act together

The produce looked sad. I ordered the hot shot because I hate ham. I got ham. The second sandwich maker could have come out to help sooner. $7. smh .never again . Sorry subway

I hesitated to visit this location due to the low rating but I was traveling and didn’t want to find another location. Food was fresh and tasted great. Service was excellent. Very friendly and I’d visit again.

I placed a order for pickup and called immediately realizing I placed it for the wrong store and asked if they could be please cancel it as I placed it for the wrong store and I was at the Washington location. The lady on the other end rudely told me I gotta come in and get my sandwiches or I was out of luck.
I asked the employees at the one I was at if they weren't allowed to cancel orders and they said I was lied to because the individual on the phone was to lazy to do it.

this subway is usually very good. we haven't had it in awhile but we picked it up to eat at home. very disappointed ? the bread was very hard. hurt to bite into it!

had no prep work and was out of everything. Food station, completely dirty !! trash was coming out of prep table. Fountain machine was out of half of all drinks and trash was spilling out, soda on the floor, which made drink station very sticky to walk up to. also, employees was very rude and had bad attitude, employee rolled her eyes after asking if they had cucumber and snapback saying they were out of a lot of things . dressed very unprofessional was Chucky pajama pants. I understand things happen, but before I ate , I sat on the restaurant for about 20 minutes when they have no customers and they didn’t even try to pick up or restock any of their low food and nothing fresh
