I just wanted to pose a huge shoutout to Agnessa and Kevin. They always serve me with a smile and are speedy to get my order out to me. As a frequent customer they are but one of the reasons i keep coming back to order!

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered two chicken casadillas but what we got were cold tortillas with a tiny sprinkling of unmelted, cold cheese inside SOME of the pieces. Half of the pieces were JUST cold tortilla folded in half, no meat or cheese. The cheese was not melted at all throughout the entire meal. On both casasillas! There was maybe one little piece of chicken on two of the casadillas pieces. There was barely anything inside any of the casadillas! I honestly thought it was tortilla with Cold rice inside it because it was so awkward and inedible and the cold shredded cheese reminded me of the texture of rice. I just paid $10 for a cold tortilla cut into sloppy folded strips. It was literally disgusting. I wish I could share pictures of the pathetic meal. Very disappointed.

Taco bell is what it is. Sometimes good, other times just okay. I do appreciate that they try and switch up the menu and add new items constantly. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but once in awhile it's good. This location is always clean and staff is friendly. By far the best thing is the Cinnabon delights. Warm, sweet and sugary!

New system sucks. Never told me to check my email for a pickup time only told me to tell them my name at the drive thru, and when I got to the store they told me I have to wait 15 minutes to get my order.
Edit: they did apologize. So I’ll give them that.

I love Taco Bell and honestly I feel like if a part of the place closes at a certain time that should be posted on the door. I come through and spend a lot 100$ worth because I get it for my family too so I guess all I’m saying is maybe you should post that your lobby closes at a certain time so no one comes and and wants to eat in and then to have the bathrooms locked so you can’t go to the bathroom while you wait for your food that kinda was rude. I hope this can be addressed and fixed
