We usually go through the drive through. I love this place. Employees are very kind and friendly. Professional. Food is good. Anytime we've wanted an ingredient either added, or not included, emp. Work hard to fix our meal as requested. I love the mango ice tea!

I ordered 6 but only received 5. I stopped by on my way through during the trip and couldn't go back because the accommodation confirmed one was missing. I asked for a refund from the customer service center, but they didn't hear from me at all.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality
I visited Taco Bell on 21 June 2025 at 4:40 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The burrito I ordered contained crispy chicken that was anything but fresh — it was cold, tasted old, and had a noticeably poor texture and flavor. The overall quality of the meal was subpar and not up to Taco Bell’s usual standards.
This particular franchise is seriously making us reconsider future visits to Taco Bell altogether. If this is the level of quality being served, it’s hard to trust that other menu items would be any better.
Very disappointed and hope management addresses this.
The staff is incredibly insensitive. My mother was a crackhead and named me biggie. I’m from Australia… anyways they told me it wasn’t allowed to put a fake name. ITS MY REAL NAME. Once I told them it was my real name they told me that I could leave. Wow, just wow. I am utterly flabbergasted and will NEVER be coming back (I will be coming back tomorrow probably)

I just wanted to pose a huge shoutout to Agnessa and Kevin. They always serve me with a smile and are speedy to get my order out to me. As a frequent customer they are but one of the reasons i keep coming back to order!

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered two chicken casadillas but what we got were cold tortillas with a tiny sprinkling of unmelted, cold cheese inside SOME of the pieces. Half of the pieces were JUST cold tortilla folded in half, no meat or cheese. The cheese was not melted at all throughout the entire meal. On both casasillas! There was maybe one little piece of chicken on two of the casadillas pieces. There was barely anything inside any of the casadillas! I honestly thought it was tortilla with Cold rice inside it because it was so awkward and inedible and the cold shredded cheese reminded me of the texture of rice. I just paid $10 for a cold tortilla cut into sloppy folded strips. It was literally disgusting. I wish I could share pictures of the pathetic meal. Very disappointed.
