Came for breakfast on a Saturday morning we went inside and I saw like 4-5 cars go through the drive thru while we were still waiting for our food and we were the only ones there. We got some crunchwraps which I get all the time but it was not as a good

Always a great stop for lunch , food is always hot at least when I’ve eaten there. Store is clean for the most part, bathroom can be a bit sketchy but not horrible. Parking is ok bit tight when they are busy. Easy on and off the main road.

Assistant manager has amazing communication skills, goes above and beyond to ensure quality of service, as well as ensuring issues are promptly corrected when necessary. Fantastic job 👏

We recently had a not so good experience with Tacobell a couple weeks ago. I tried to reach out to the manager in shift and was not pleased. I reached out to Ali (apologies if not spelled correctly) the overall Manager and she was very apologetic and turned this bad experience into a good one. In the end we got great food and had great service. In most cases polite communication is key to righting a wrong. Thank you Ali you do a great job there!!

They were out of the Baja Midnight. (Sad face) however the food was hot and the guy at the register was a super sweet kid who made me a passion fruit drink instead. Great customer service

I ordered 6 but only received 5. I stopped by on my way through during the trip and couldn't go back because the accommodation confirmed one was missing. I asked for a refund from the customer service center, but they didn't hear from me at all.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Food Quality
I visited Taco Bell on 21 June 2025 at 4:40 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The burrito I ordered contained crispy chicken that was anything but fresh — it was cold, tasted old, and had a noticeably poor texture and flavor. The overall quality of the meal was subpar and not up to Taco Bell’s usual standards.
This particular franchise is seriously making us reconsider future visits to Taco Bell altogether. If this is the level of quality being served, it’s hard to trust that other menu items would be any better.
Very disappointed and hope management addresses this.
