We stop by Saturday morning, and this poor young girl is working all alone. This is poor management. She was doing a fantastic job taking care of everyone, but there’s a line inside the store a huge drive-through line. She’s taking orders, prepping hot food, making smoothies, making bowls with no help. Also, it seems like a security issue. I asked her if she was working alone today and she said with a smile “oh yeah, my coworker did didn’t show up” When her coworker didn’t show up management should have showed up and helped.
Props to the young girl slaying and shame on management for not helping and having the digital reminder above her head of how long the line is waiting.

I don’t usually write reviews, but during my visit I found a piece of a plastic bag blended into my drink (discovered @ end of my smoothie ) The manager was respectful and tried to help, which I appreciate, but it’s still very upsetting. My health matters more than a refund . I went in for a Detox Island Green smoothie meant to be healthy and ended up with worrying about possible microplastics instead. I truly hope this location takes extra care with ingredient handling so this doesn’t happen again.

Overall, this is a pretty good little restaurant. But I can’t give a good review to a restaurant that doesn’t accept cash. In the year 2025 in the United States of America we accept cash. The tropical smoothie does not.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst locations. The wait time is insane plan on at least 15-20 minutes to get your food or smoothie. The food was gross wasn’t cooked all the way and the wrap was just falling apart. Won’t be returning here again.

Update: a few hours later and we definitely got food poisoning from here. Should have known not to eat here watching the girls wipe their hands on the back of their pants then touch food and utensils.
Let me start by saying I love tropical smoothie cafe. However I’ve tried this location a few times and won’t be back. There definitely need to be some customer service training and cleanliness training, from what I saw there’s definitely cross contamination going on. Store wasn’t very busy, I’d say an average lunch rush like most places. However they were forgetting orders, getting things wrong and just forgetting about customers in general. I’ll continue eating at tropical smoothie but never again at this location.

I ordered a chipotle chicken club with a side of sun chips. There was WAY too much sauce. The whole thing was soggy and just dripping with sauce. It looked like it was quickly thrown together. They also did not give me my side of chips. I’m pretty disappointed.
This location is usually pretty great! If there are a few cars on front of you it will take a bit longer than expected but hats really just up to luck.

Recommend Bahama mamma with added white chocolate, island green with lite pineapple, or peanut butter cup. Great service, staff was welcoming and friendly. Clean. Kids loved smoothies. I recommend!

Yesterday around 6:30 I asked if they could swap out flavors for a smoothie and how much it would cost and they said free, so I asked if they could do the same thing for a different smoothie for free and they avoided answering so I asked AGAIN and they avoided responding again and said please pull forward and then they charged me an extra dollar for the flavor! I think the driver window lady had something going on that day but it was really kinda messed up.
