Update: a few hours later and we definitely got food poisoning from here. Should have known not to eat here watching the girls wipe their hands on the back of their pants then touch food and utensils.
Let me start by saying I love tropical smoothie cafe. However I’ve tried this location a few times and won’t be back. There definitely need to be some customer service training and cleanliness training, from what I saw there’s definitely cross contamination going on. Store wasn’t very busy, I’d say an average lunch rush like most places. However they were forgetting orders, getting things wrong and just forgetting about customers in general. I’ll continue eating at tropical smoothie but never again at this location.

I ordered a chipotle chicken club with a side of sun chips. There was WAY too much sauce. The whole thing was soggy and just dripping with sauce. It looked like it was quickly thrown together. They also did not give me my side of chips. I’m pretty disappointed.

This location is usually pretty great! If there are a few cars on front of you it will take a bit longer than expected but hats really just up to luck.

Recommend Bahama mamma with added white chocolate, island green with lite pineapple, or peanut butter cup. Great service, staff was welcoming and friendly. Clean. Kids loved smoothies. I recommend!

Yesterday around 6:30 I asked if they could swap out flavors for a smoothie and how much it would cost and they said free, so I asked if they could do the same thing for a different smoothie for free and they avoided answering so I asked AGAIN and they avoided responding again and said please pull forward and then they charged me an extra dollar for the flavor! I think the driver window lady had something going on that day but it was really kinda messed up.

While passing thru Hurricane, we decided to stop for a quick lunch. I have Alpha Gal Syndrome which means I an highly allergic to mammal products including dairy. Two young people were running the place when I went up to order. I told the young man I had a severe dairy allergy and asked if the hummus on the veggie wrap had dairy. He stated he did not know, and I told him once again that dairy could be deadly for me. He asked the young lady working, she shrugged he shoulders..at that point I asked if they had a list of ingredients, she didn't know. How can a place that considers themselves health food not know ingredients in their products? I walked out frustrated. I was never greeted when entering the shop, no eye contact, not even a hello, I'll be with you shortly. I give this place 1 star, if I could give a zero, I would! Shop owner needs to check in on his place, no excuse for poorly trained employees!

I love their Avocolada smoothie, however their bowls are not fresh but pre-made and stored overnight. I’ve ordered the açaí berry and Bahama mamma bowl & both were frozen. So disappointing considering how much is charged.
