These guys do not know how to blend their smoothies, I’ve been here many times and 90% of the time there are just massive ice chunks in the smoothies. Never had this problem at other tropical smoothie locations, just this one
The past few times I have come here has been a joke! The first time I ordered online for pick up . My order said it would be ready at 11:10am. I walked in and my order was not in the cubie. I didn’t receive my order under 11:40.
I just ordered through the drive through and that took 45 minutes. I watch the employees stand and talk to each other. One employee ran an order out to a car then the customer walked in because there was an issue. No one opener the window to take my payment! This location needs to do do better because the female employee seemed to be doing all the work!

Went there during the day, got the chicken bacon ranch, the staff was friendly, fast, and efficient, the food was great and the prices were fair for food and a smoothie!

10 out of 10 recommended their Mocha madness especially in the morning when you’re trying to get going. The manager is incredible. She goes above and beyond then you can tell really works hard at her job.

This location is ROUGH. We haven’t had a great experience here yet. TBR is usually sloppily made and the smoothies are never consistent. Extremely long wait times for food through drive through specifically when they’re slow, the longer they seem to take. Disappointed :( the workers seem to really not enjoy the job

I never leave bad reviews as I always try to look at the positive. But with this experience I can’t. My boyfriend went and got us 2 smoothies and 2 burritos which totaled to about $40. It took a long time for our order to even come out, maybe about 15-20 minutes. When an employee handed my boyfriend our smoothies, my boyfriend noticed the cups felt extremely light, and there wasn’t their typical see-through lid on them. He opened them and they were literally halfway full. The employee said “oh, do you want me to fill them up all the way?” Uh.. yes? They only have one size smoothie so we were expecting it to be full of course. We got home and noticed there was a lot of ice in our smoothie, and it seems like they just filled the remaining space with ice. We opened our burritos and there was soggy lettuce spilling out of the burritos which were poorly wrapped. We didn’t eat anything as it just wasn’t edible, especially for the price we paid.

We stop by Saturday morning, and this poor young girl is working all alone. This is poor management. She was doing a fantastic job taking care of everyone, but there’s a line inside the store a huge drive-through line. She’s taking orders, prepping hot food, making smoothies, making bowls with no help. Also, it seems like a security issue.
I asked her if she was working alone today and she said with a smile “oh yeah, my coworker did didn’t show up” When her coworker didn’t show up management should have showed up and helped.
Props to the young girl slaying and shame on management for not helping and having the digital reminder above her head of how long the line is waiting.
I don’t usually write reviews, but during my visit I found a piece of a plastic bag blended into my drink (discovered @ end of my smoothie ) The manager was respectful and tried to help, which I appreciate, but it’s still very upsetting. My health matters more than a refund . I went in for a Detox Island Green smoothie meant to be healthy and ended up with worrying about possible microplastics instead. I truly hope this location takes extra care with ingredient handling so this doesn’t happen again.

I only got a smoothie but it was worth the money
Overall, this is a pretty good little restaurant. But I can’t give a good review to a restaurant that doesn’t accept cash. In the year 2025 in the United States of America we accept cash. The tropical smoothie does not.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst locations. The wait time is insane plan on at least 15-20 minutes to get your food or smoothie. The food was gross wasn’t cooked all the way and the wrap was just falling apart. Won’t be returning here again.

Really nice, but the kiwi quencher tastes fake but the other flavors are good
