Only gave me half my food, charged me for a sauce that I never got, and the fries smell like fish. Disgusting building. I dont understand how this place still exists other than being a corporate chain

Husband and I went through the drive-through after ordering on the app. We gave them the name and we were told to go to the window. After waiting roughly 6-7 minutes due to the person infront of us, assumingly having card issues, we pulled up to the window. The manager, I’m also assuming, attempted to make small talk with us which wasn’t terrible, it was just uncomfortable. After getting our food and driving home, my husband let me know that we were missing a large fry. Irritated for having waiting so long, we drove back and eventually got it. The food was cold and mislabeled, and the sandwiches tasted old. In the span of 3-4 months this place went from great to terrible. Im disappointed, my family and I really enjoyed eating here; I don’t see myself coming back here anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone that really enjoys quality food.

When I asked for a lettuce wrap they told me they don’t do that anymore. I’m a celiac and Wendy’s has always been my choice in the past because of a lettuce wrap. I was told I could eat my burger out of a box with a fork and knife. Really? For all celiacs, avoid Wendy’s.

I live just across the road so I come here a couple times a month. Never had any problems. Food always great. I just wanted to show appreciation for great service. Today I was in the drive thru and I didn't check my bag. (My mistake) so I came back to receive it. With my receipt. They apologized and were quick to cook me a fresh burger. I told em I have my drink and chicken fingers already but she threw in some fries anyway. So I really appreciate all the workers there. They do a fantastic job. I couldn't do it. Too fast paced for me. Thats why im in construction. Great job. 👍

This is the second time I’ve been to Wendy’s in the past 2 weeks and the gentleman that has helped me both times has been amazing! I wish I knew his name. My order was perfect and hot and his service was completely delightful! I want to say THANK YOU to the man that made my chicken tenders hot, fresh, and delicious. they switched from leaf lettuce to shredded lettuce and it's absolutely disgusting, half rotted all the time. also, don't bother ordering from the PM shift because everything always comes cold and squished and wrong.

I drove from St George to this location looking for the special Halloween spoons that the other locations had run out of. The manager went above and beyond to search for them and she gave me more than I asked for. I really appreciated this kind of service!
