People are very rude here every time ive ordered whether delivery or pickup. For delivery they always complain that I need to order from the logan store but as ive explained all it has me do is put in my address then selects the store. Im basically in nibley so its frustrating to deal with this every single time we want to order takeout. This last delivery driver was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I would LOVE for logan store to deliver instead as they are always pleasant kind people(: i sincerely hope hyrum dominos makes their zone smaller so that logan dominos can have the extra business

They messed up the order and gave 2 pep instead of 1 pep and 1 cheese. But it still tasted good, just not what I ordered. Should have checked when I picked it up but was in a rush.

Pizza was boxed incorrectly causing folding. Acted like I had the audacity to order more than one pizza. Ultimate pep was ghost cut. Other stores are better.

Overall mismanagement and lack of quantity staff makes for loss of customers. I will never order food from this location again.

My favorite Dominos and friendly staff. My bank/card wasn’t working upon pickup to pay the remainder of my balance and they quickly helped resolve the issue with a solution that worked for both ends.
Tonight 12/12/24 i ordered 4 pizzas and some ranch cups. They did show up with 3/4 pizzas so they were missing one, but the store is fairly close and knew they would bring my missing pizza right back. I made a joke saying hey since you forgot a pizza tell your manager to throw in some bread bites haha well i wont go into detail but i was surprised and my son was thrilled with what they re delivered with our missing pizza. Mistakes happen and i think you really can rate a business on how they handle and react to said mistakes. In my personal opinion and experience with this domines I think they have some of the best customer service in the food industry in the valley. Thank you guys for going above and beyond after forgetting one of our pizzas you guys are awesome and we will absolutely be ordering from you guys again!
Delivery is usually very quick and courteous. However, the orders are frequently wrong. Only in minor ways, and the food is as good as one can expect from a Domino's, but it's annoying. I've received the wrong pastas, wrong number of chicken wings, missing or extra ingredients on pizzas. Not enough to stop me ordering, only pizza place with online ordering that delivers where I live, but it's very annoying to just place an order and hope I like whatever they send instead.
