Just once It would be nice if this location could give you all of the food you paid for and it be correct. Have lived in Hyrum 9 months now, unfortunately not a lot of choices out here and I don’t think we have had a single visit that was accurate and included all the order. As of late even the food you do manage to get feels and tastes like it’s been sitting for a while. Feels like this location just doesn’t care or even try.

Went on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 7:06pm. Saw an employee hand mix a few McFlurries then even use his gloveless finger to wipe the ice cream back into the McFlurry cup once. He was also eating something while preparing these desserts. Gross

I love taking my kid here but it so hot in the play place in the summer time. They only have fans and not air conditioning. Kids get way to hot while playing

The food tasted old, and the fries were soggy. The burger patty had been kept in the hopper longer than allowed, which gave it a rubberized texture.

Love when I pay for 10 nuggets and get 8 cold ones. And I definitely asked for my fries to only be filled up half way 😊

Got 2/3 of a hamburger on my cheeseburger. Asked for extra onions. Barely extra, had to ask for more. Server did however offer to remake food. I declined. Burgers were cold.

The music was blarring so loud you couldn't have a conversation food was usual for McDonald's and we got fresh strawberry pies they were really good
