Got here at 6:20 am put in a mobile order cause doors say open at 5:00 am they didn't open the doors till 6:45 am then we went in cause they didn't bring the mobile order out and as we sat in the lobby they walked around us like we weren't there for 15 more minutes then handed us our food that had been sitting on the counter that whole time absolute horrible service do not recommend

They tend to forget things and mix up orders. They have also often closed early and not put up signs or turned lights off leaving customers very confused.

Friendly, and gets your order to you in a timely manor. Food smells the same as the other locations, but this location has issues cooking their meat. Several times I have gotten still cold in the center, half cooked hamburgers, cold undercooked super salty fries, and almost flavorless soda. This location is also within walking distance to Mountain crest. So if you don't mind a student packed place during lunch rush, the gross food that's under cooked 6 times put of 10, go here.

Hyrum McD's is horrible. Food is tasteless and usually overcooked and overpriced. If your takeout order is correct it is your lucky day

The customer service went above and beyond. We went with a group of small children and the staff came out from behind the counter to make them feel welcome and even shared little toys with them. This McDs is a favorite stop now.
