A teen male was taking orders and after taking mine, his (who I am guessing is his) supervisor, said "doesn't the front desk suck?"
I told them I'm dining in but I guess he didn't hear.
I asked for plates because we were dining in and he looked at me like I was an alien, so I explained that we are dining in and need plates. He went back and I overheard him talking shiz about me to his supervisor. I decided to overlook that and ignore it.
I later also found out we were missing 3 ranch cups, but the supervisor made it better thankfully.
This place used to be good but service has gone down, and honestly, the cheese sticks were doughy. Changing from 5 Stars to 1.

My family stopped at Pizza Plus this past Saturday, after attending a wedding in Hyrum. We placed an order for a medium pizza, a deluxe salad, and a supreme calzone. Our receipt time was stamped 6:59 p.m. Thirty minutes later, I went to the counter to check on our order and was told that it was in the oven. Eight minutes after that they called our name. The pizza and salad were ready, but my husband's calzone was not. They said it would be a few more minutes. When I opened my "deluxe" salad, it was missing the broccoli and cauliflower. I went to the counter to ask about it and was told that an "executive decision" had been made to not add those ingredients to their salads anymore. It was still listed as an ingredient on the digital menu at the counter. I went back to my salad, which had some frozen ham in it and was missing the shredded mozzarella. Meanwhile my husband still hadn't received his calzone. A full 49 minutes after our initial order, my husband went to the counter and asked if his calzone was done. They had forgotten about it. It had been sitting on the counter in the back and was now not even warm. The food here is terrible and the service is even worse. The bathroom was dirty as well.

First time here today and all I can say is the pizza is terrible! The crust is too thick, sauce is flavorless and way undercooked! Pizza shouldn’t be soggy!

As a newer Hyrum resident, I really wanted to support local business but I just can’t order from Pizza Plus again. I ordered a medium bbq chicken pizza, small cheese bread, and a salad and it was nearly $40. The delivery driver was very nice though. The salad was rotten. The lettuce was black and wilted. Tomatoes were slimy, and the cucumbers were so mushy they were almost indistinguishable. I can’t believe someone made and thought “yeah this is okay!” I’ve never been served such outdated food. It went right in the garbage upon arrival.The pizza was very okay. Not bad but would not order again. The only edible item in my order was the bread sticks and jalapeño ranch, which were actually very tasty. But I would be hesitant to order again due to the condition of my salad; I’m not sure how clean or fresh things actually are. Overall, I sadly do not recommend.

I placed my order asked for an actual receipt and was told I would get one when my food was ready. The ticket for the order for the cooks to make is not a RECEIPT. A receipt has the prices and the total. I asked her if she could print me one and she said no and then went into the back and complained about me wanting an actual receipt (she was very loud). I won't be back. She could have got a manager and tired to get me an actual receipt. This has NEVER been a problem before, I always get an actual receipt. Also, the last few times I have gone there the place is always dirty. Can never find a clean seat/table to sit at. The pizza is expensive but it taste okay. I have had better.

I ordered waited 30 minutes for my pizzas after 30 minutes one pizza was made wrong took another 25 minutes to get the pizza then when opened pizza it was junk! Will never come to this pizza place location again terrible service terrible everything!

Can you give place zero stars? Because I would. Pizza Plus USE to be a great place to eat…it’s gross now. Bread sticks taste like fish oil and pizza tastes like fake cheese.
Also the restaurant in Hyrum smell like feet.

Ordering from this place is a joke! Teenagers that can’t hear and get confused easily on phone orders is the norm. There is no online option, which blows my mind. If you did want to eat here I would advise going in person and ordering from the eldest staff member. I will never order from here again. If you want to save yourself some hassle I would advise not ordering from here

We went for only the cheese breadsticks based on the reviews and were very happy. The breadsticks were amazing and the ranch and marinara were great additions. Staff was friendly
Was treated with respect but you can barely hear them in the other line when calling in. Which forced me to get a bigger pizza I wanted. The pizza it self was terrible. I’ve made better ones at home. They put to much topping on it which doesn’t allow the crust to cook. Your better making you own, buying frozen or ordering some where else.

I was worried when they handed me green sauce and called it ranch. But I have to say these were the best breadsticks and jalapeño ranch I’ve ever had.

I’ve been here 3 times and every single time it’s a nightmare. I thought the first two were due to excessive orders but tonight was slow. I ordered 30 minutes before I showed up. This was 9 minutes past the quote time. My order was given to someone else. I did get one free pizza however I waited an additional 30 minutes just to have my other item messed up. If you can actually get your order the food is pretty good however the supervisor or manager is rude and the wait times are ridiculous. I’ve only left two bad reviews in my life and this one has earned it. Big time. When I voiced my concerns the manager told me to go somewhere else…. Like I would be coming back!
