1:00 in the afternoon and the meatballs are still frozen and they have no chicken except for a chicken salad, the employees that have long hair dont pull it up they just let it flap all over the food, the bread is either undercooked or over cooked lately there hasnt been decent bread , the cookies are hard as rocks.
ive ordered from here the last couple weeks thinking its just a fluke because this subway used to be one of the better ones but its not now, the drink machine gives you black stuff inside ur drink from the nozzles and ice like they dont clean it. (former fast food employee here) and they stopped accepting coupons in this economy

Some subways are really good. This isn’t one of them. Literally all my onions and pickles were on the outside of my sandwich. I asked for mayo and there’s literally no mayo on the bread. It was a mess of a sandwich. Won’t ever go here again.

I was there earlier and I see a girl with red hair sitting down and eating on her phone not helping the other girl there and the other girl is doin all of the work for customers. She is not being helpful what’s so ever food was good the girl that made it for me was great

Great service and great sandwiches. The employees were kind and welcoming. For those complaining about Subway no longer taking coupons...I'm sure inflation has also hit the store hard. The owner pays rent on the building, the franchise, employees, utilities, and the increased cost of food. It either accepts coupons and raises prices or declines coupons and does not raise prices. Unfortunately inflation has affected more than just consumers.

Almost all of the veggies inside of the subway looked old and soggy. Not to mention the franchise owner also stopped participating in coupons sent out by the subway franchise. During a time when inflation is high and people are struggling, the owner decided to make it hard on everybody else. Super greedy and uncaring of the owner. The workers didn’t speak barely at all and actually tended to glare at me rather than smile while making my order and seemed bothered. I do NOT recommend this subway at all. They need to do better, if you’re craving a sandwich go to the Logan store over this one. At least that store has kind workers, fresh food, and still helps people save money. Never coming here again. If you’re the owner and you see this, you need to do better. You’re not helping the community by being greedy and stopping people from saving money.

Best place ever!! I love this subway the food is so good and the service is great!! And the employees are so wonderful and friendly to talk to! And some of them are even pretty cute!
Overall I would highly recommend this to a friend!!

Don't understand how this location has trouble processing the coupons that you get in the mail. You don't know that until you've already placed the order. 3 Footlongs for $17.99. Had to pay full price. Then to make matters worse, I think the bread is old...it flakes apart when you bite into it. Most importantly don't be rude, if you work with public you need to be decent.

Very disappointed. Have had good sandwiches from here before, but not this time.
Was put on the wrong bread. All toppings were empty and frozen to containers. Not looking fresh at all. 1 cookie was left in display.
The service was coming from a kid that possibly was his first sandwich he's ever made in his life. Very slow.
The entire place needs a deep clean and training!!!

The people that worked at Subway last night we're very slow they messed the sandwiches up twice then told me they didn't have any more bread that the kind I like that it was for other customers I was in there for over 30 minutes for three sandwiches I was late picking up my daughter from an event I was frustrated and not very happy. When I asked the girl if she could help the young man she looked at me and gave me the dirtiest look I've ever seen not
