OMG! 😳 I just had the best damn Pulled Pork Nachos ever! Not your typical nachos, way better!!! Fantastic, delicious and enough left over for tomorrow too. Do yourself a favor and get these nachos asap. This will be your new favorite dish!

This was a little surprise. Tucked in next to a gas station. It's definitely Tennessee so that I will of that vinegar kind of bite to it which wasn't overpowering or it was delicious. I had brisket and ribs. The brisket I think was my favorite. The side salad was generous and very fresh.

Food here is awesome but they are never open!! Just drove from Heber to grab lunch and there’s a sign on the door saying “we’ll be open later” no time just that. Very disappointing, call ahead before you go.

I waited all day to get lush’s after a long road trip. I landed in Park City at about 5 P.M and checked the website to see that lush’s was supposed to be open until 7 PM as I will show in my screenshot. I showed up at 615 beyond excited to get BBQ for me and my family for dinner. Turns out they decided it’s okay to close an hour early! Thanks for ruining my night! I will never return.

Stopped by. They acted like they certainly didn’t need our business. Very rude, didn’t feel welcome. Never been to a barbecue place that’s legit that’s also doesn’t serve bbq chicken!! Will never go back

The meat was a bit overcooked and not very seasoned. I also didn't get very much. The BBQ sauce was watery and basically vinegar. If that is what you like you might really like this. The music atmosphere was too loud. The service was quick but she was grumpy and got our order mixed up with someone else. I probably won't come again, however if you like extra vinegar bbq sauce this might be your place.

Edit: In response to the owner's reply — I actually did mention the issue while I was there, and they did correct the order, though the interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Regarding the sauce, there was no indication anywhere that other options were available that I saw. The only BBQ sauce I saw was the one on the table. I do however know that southern bbq sauce has lots of vinegar, however this seemed like straight vinegar. That is my honest opinion.

As for my review, it wasn’t meant to “bash” the restaurant — it was simply honest feedback based on my experience. Not every customer who doesn’t enjoy their meal is being unfair or “lame.” It’s reasonable to share an opinion so others know what to expect. Based on the tone of the owner’s response, however, I can see why guests might hesitate to speak up in person.

You can smell how good this place is going to be before you pull into the parking lot. Mouthwatering food. We are glad we took the time to get food here.

Had dinner here on Friday evening, unfortunately it was not what we were hoping for as we don’t have much for BBQ in the area. Walked in at about 6pm and the woman working at the register quickly informed us they were out of ribs because of a wedding and you had to order from her as there was no table service. Normally you would hope you would be greeted with Welcome, we’re glad you’re here but not by this person. Additionally the Brisket and Pulled Pork were both on the dry side and BBQ sauce was un interesting. As far as the ribs go, you have to plan better. To run out of a staple like ribs at a BBQ restaurant on a Friday night is unthinkable. Good Luck

Great place. Live music sometimes. Delicious barbecue with an interesting twist. Tennessee style was new to me and I loved. The Mrs and I were staying in the area for a long weekend and ended up eating here multiple times since the first was so good.

Also if the management reads this - you folks had a house mustard sauce you were trying out while we were there and it was my favorite. Absolutely incredible. Need to make that a permanent offering.

I’d like to be able to leave a review but I’ve been there three times during the hours posted on their website, and they’ve been closed all three times. One of the three times there was a paper sign on the door that indicated they would be back in an hour, but we couldn’t wait an hour. How does anyone actually eat here?!

Leaving this review as I sit with my large group that dropped in to Lush's early in the day. The Lush's crew didn't miss a beat! Amazing atmosphere, service and food.

Stop thinking about where to go for food and just go to Lush's.

I had the Brisket sandwich and Fries. The sandwich was very good. The bun it was served on seemed homemade and it was great. It was straight up brisket plopped on a bun. The brisket was well made.

There weren’t a huge amount of options to choose from on the menu. I wish they had more sauce options, I wasn’t a big fan of the Lush BBQ Sauce. It was fine but a bit different than a normal bbq sauce you’d find at a place like this.
