There wasn't anyone else there when I was there. I like to try different birria at restaurants and they had more dish options than most. Instead of standard quesabirria tacos I had what I think was called a quesatostada, which was a birria tostada wrapped up in a flour tortilla...but that tortilla must have the consume and cheese melted to it. The idea is like a crunch wrap supreme, but way better! Then because the tortilla holds it all in, I spooned consume into it, and topped each bite with one or two of the great salsas from the salsa bar. This was the best new Mexican dish I have had in a long time.

Tonight we ordered for take-out, and on this order was carnasada street tacos, and a #5 which was hard shell tacos with rice and beans. We got home and had something completely different. It was so hot it wasn't eatable!! We wont be recommending it to anyone nor will we go back.

Everything was great until they let 20+ kids in the door and did not tell them to wait outside. We were eating but surrounded by loud kids standing around our table being a bit rowdy.Most places have a person limit of how many people can be inside at a time, it's for sanitary reasons.Should have a sign only 5 people in line to order at a time and the rest wait outside to order, or sit down at a table. I'm from Las Vegas NV I'm used to crowds , just not surrounding our table.For this reason I won't be back, food was good , but good food is not hard to come by.

Ordered online and paid then get an email saying they didn’t accept my order and it would take 7 days to get my money back. So I call and they say 20min. We go to pick it up, and they forgot to make it. Horrible service.

Food was pretty good but the restaurant has no AC so beware in the summer. We got the chicken quesadilla, birria tacos, and a carne asada chimichanga. All were fine but we’ve had better. Best part was there salsa bar!

Had the chiles rellenos for lunch and it was really good. Served with a rich sauce, rice and beans, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas.

Imagine the Taco Bell Crunchwrap Supreme — but with good cheese and real beef. BAM! That’s the quesa tostada de birria at Tacos El Guero. Amazing creation. This place is legit. Done without worry.
