If you've never had competition-level BBQ you're in for a treat; they nailed every single thing on the plate from the meats to the pickles, relishes and sides. This looks like a humble BBQ joint but the food is crafted with pride, passion and masterful skill. I've written and deleted a description of our meal 5 or 6 times and can't come up with anything that does the food justice (and the people are super nice, too). Just go. You'll be glad you did.“
