We are keen smokers back in Australia, we do get the opportunity to smoke some amazing meats however the food at fire + smoke was by far the best I’ve ever had. We had the 2 meats brisket and sausage. Absolutely top shelf. Amazing!!!

Stopped in today after doing a hike at Kanarra Falls (also highly recommended) and it was delicious! Our group had ribs, pulled pork, brisket and sausage and everything was excellent. Rib meat literally fell right off of the bone. The employees and owner were also very helpful and nice. Definitely recommend a visit to the falls and Fire & Smoke if you are in the St. George area!

Ordered the brisket and was severely disappointed. Three small slices of brisket and one was really fatty. I also had a salad which was good. Service and atmosphere was great. For 16 dollars it was far from worth it.

Some of the best Texas-style BBQ I’ve had outside of Texas. Brisket is smoky, tender, and perfectly barked; ribs are just as good—juicy inside with a flavorful crust. No sauce needed, but plenty to try. Family-friendly with a cozy kids’ corner with books, games and a real cow hide to touch and feel.

We've traveled all 50 states and this truly is the best BBQ we've ever had. The sauces are awesome...especially the spicy, but the meat is perfect without sauce as well. On the brisket tacos the pickled onions are wonderful. The owner and servers are so friendly. I love the decor. So rustic... I will be back very soon!
