Got our order completely wrong. We re-verified at the window since we were suspicious that they weren't listening at the speaker. Got the wrong fries, wrong drink sizes, wrong sandwiches. The only item we got correct was our French dip, but they didn't even give us the au jus. We will not be going to this location again.

Regular and occasional customers of this store should be careful with what they're getting, as they're receiving fewer ounces of meat in each sandwich than they pay for. The store manager is ordering the ham cooks to put less meat in the sandwiches, so you're getting less for your money.
Most fast food places aren't updated or have current decor. Same one fountain drinks that you've used for 40 years... Arby's isn't any different. update your drink machine, update interior dining... make it look like you're proud to be Arby's!

I placed my order and had to correct the guy 5 times before he got it correct. I pulled forward to pay, and they asked me to pull ahead when no one was behind me. When my order was brought out, it was wrong, because they shorted me one classic roast beef and I had to wait for them to bring one out. It took 4 minutes to drive home, and the food wasn't even lukewarm. The bun was stale on the classic roast beef, and bottom bun had green mold in it. I paid $8.60 for cheese on 7 sandwiches, and the dollop of cheese was the size of a 50 cent piece. By far, this was the nastiest food I've gotten for a LONG time. What a waste of $71.85! I will never go back.
This review is for Maria B. specifically. This is the first time I’ve been to this particular Arby’s and was treated with amazing customer service and respect. I find my self stopping at this location frequently for some reason and to be honest- I have no idea why- every single time I’ve been there previously- the staff is rude as all hell. They act like they’re put out when I ask for them then to give me the sauces that they forgot to include. They’re rude, they have little to no social skills and the customer service NONE EXISTENT! They need to remember that this is their job and learn to take pride in it- they are not doing people a favor by doing their job, someone should make them aware of that fact because it seems as though they think they’re above being their. SO- all that aside.. Let’s get back to Maria… First of all, her accent- adorable! Secondly, she had such a caring and gentle disposition and a great attitude; she was very courteous and genuinely friendly. My husband and I were waiting on fresh potato cakes and had forgotten to ask for sauce, Maria came out and was so gracious about running back in to grab us some ketchup. I could go on for days about how nice it was to go there and not have some teenager practically throw our food out the window as soon as we pulled up but I’ll just leave you with this- You need to hire more Maria’s and less entitled teenagers and women who are clearly unhappy with their jobs. She deserves a raise for sure and maybe you should consider having her train/manage the other employee because she’s a perfect example!
Nice place.

Pulled up to drive through. After paying they asked me to pull forward even though there is nobody behind me so they could make their drive through numbers look better. Asked for a bunch of Arby’s sauce got 2.

Drive thru, you need a new inner com. The person on the other end was rude. It is the last time I will go to this restaurant. I wanted the cheese steak. He said needed to change sign. I ordered a French dip and curly fries I got a French dip with curly fries on the sandwich. If that is a familiar order okay. But I would have double checked if it is not. A usual order. I am done no more Kaysville Arby’s. Second time in a Month with.a Screwed up order. And bun was cold. Bad experience.

It was busy when I went at 1pm through the drive-thru, but they kept the line moving steady, the food fresh, and the staff didnt seem overwhelmed or rushed.

I haven’t been here in a few months because the last time I did things were pretty dirty. I had a really bad day, and really missed Arby’s so I decided to go earlier this evening. Not only were things much cleaner this time but the employee Brooke who helped me was so kind, I left with a smile. Will definitely be coming back more often now.

This might be the worst possible thing to ever happen. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and they didn’t bother slicing the meat so I got a bunch of solid chunks of roast beef to go along with my cold soggy fries. The root beer was pretty good though.

There were no customers at the store yet it was still disgusting and dirty. We had to clean our own table before we could take a seat. One other customer came in while we were there and the employees just continued talking instead of even attempting to clean a table or the drink station.

I went to this location because when passing by i never see any customers and thought I would help. However the sandwich that I ordered had stale dry bread, the mayo and meat were only in the middle of the sandwich, not spread to the edges. No care in spite of no other customers. Possibly there is a reason they have little business. I won't be back.
