I went to this location because when passing by i never see any customers and thought I would help. However the sandwich that I ordered had stale dry bread, the mayo and meat were only in the middle of the sandwich, not spread to the edges. No care in spite of no other customers. Possibly there is a reason they have little business. I won't be back.

This all started with my husband who tried to place a mobile order to pick up as soon as possible however, after submitting the order it said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow at 10 AM. So my husband pulled up to the drive-thru and they said they didn’t see his order so then he had to re-order through the drive-thru and he asked if they had pumpkin pie turnovers but they told him no, even though it says on the app that they do. Then he gets home and realizes that they gave him two roast beef sandwiches instead of two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. On top of that we ordered two apple turnovers and both of them had nothing in them. No filling whatsoever. Not impressed with this visit and now we have to worry about getting our money back for the 1st order that we placed because it didn’t give us the option to cancel the order.

First off nobody came to take our order for like 10 minutes is was not busy there was nobody there nor was there anyone in the drive through second he told my daughter clean her mess, because she accidentally dropped a ketchup pack just be like hey you dropped something not try and tell someone's kid to do something in a rude tone, third my sons chicken nuggets were burt to a crisp i cracked them open to find any chicken left and i threw them all away my daughters slider was soggy and lot soggy from cheese like oily soggy she took two bites and said it was disgusting showed me and I said throw it away my food was horrible as well all fries we received were old and hard i wanted to confront them about my order but I am not someone to complain ever I don't leave reviews im not confrontational at all I am also not picky but this was TERRIBLE.

I just went the Powerade was pure syrup and they took 5 minutes for them to greet us and then my Mac and cheese bites were burnt and my fries had a huge greas block in it

We went to pick up food for my family for dinner at the one in Kaysville. The people were friendly in the drive thru. We order a Reuben…The bread was stale, and there wasn’t enough toppings or meat. We got a large drink as well and it was completely flat I asked for different kind of drink explaining it was flat and got another drink completely flat. The lady was confused about asking me if I wanted her to throw the first drink away I said yes because it’s gross and completely flat. She seemed a little frustrated about that. I also order a couple of sliders a buffalo chicken and two regular meat and cheese sliders packaging kind of messy. Which I get it’s not a deal breaker. We also order the jalapeño poppers and they were wonderful as always. It’s just sad when you spend money and you don’t get the quality you deserve.

We went through the drive through and checked our bag before we left, we had ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave us Mac balls instead then they asked for the Mac balls back before they gave us some mozzarella sticks, which is fine but I couldn’t even eat my meal thinking about them giving those balls to the next customer and then I wondered if that could’ve been any of my meal also asked for Arby sauce and horsey sauce did not get the horsey sauce
The curly fries were stale and they smashed everything in one bag so the beef and cheddar sandwich was smashed flat Yes
Very bad Customer service and seems very unsanitary

Every single time I go to the Kaysville location my order is wrong. It was so annoying that I stopped going to this location (for a couple of years). I tried again tonight hoping my experience would be different. It wasn't. Part of my order was left out. Ugh. Just do better.

Employees were kind, but do not speak English well, did not know how to process a coupon...had to face time someone for step by step help. It took so long the people behind us walked out. Then when we finally got our food it was old and overcooked. Tables were not cleaned, decor is old and poorly upkept, kind of a shambles all in all.

The fries were cold and burnt. Went back up again to order another sandwich and the person in front was rude. And had said (again) in a rude manner. Seemingly questioning my sister’s weight. And making fun of her for getting another sandwich.

It felt like I was inconveniencing the crew when I came in. I asked a few questions and I got very short rude answers back. My order was incorrect, I asked for 2 roast beef sliders and got 2 roast beef sandwiches. The fries were cold and over cooked.

Frustrated on so many levels. First, we went through the drive-thru and had to repeat every step of our order a minimum of 3 times.

We ordered 2 roast beef sliders because you no longer carry ham, shocked that we also couldn't order an Arby's signature sandwich; the chicken cordon blue. We were charged for 2 full roast beef sandwiches, 2 for $7 instead of the $2.39/each. Thoroughly disappointed after that.

I ordered a wrap, which was not cut all the way through, and then when I took a bite, the wrap actually deflated.

Now I know where to go if I wanted subpar service. Our family will stick with the Arby's in Bountiful. They still have ham and continue to accommodate our family.

Didn't even ask what sauces we wanted. We had to pull forward to wait for our food and then had to wait again for Horsey sauce.

Will stay away here.

I’ve have been going to this Arbys for years and I also worked there for a few months. After Cassy and Felicia left this place has gone downhill. I went there tonight for dinner and 2 people were covering drive through and dine in. The employee that waited on me could barely speak English and obviously didn’t understand it. I ordered crinkle fries and she put curly fries in my order ( they don’t even sound the same ) and when I pulled them out she put them back in the fry rack that is absolutely against company policy and food handlers rules. She also forgot the extra tzatziki sauce I asked for. It took over 20 minutes to get my order and I was the only person inside and there were 3 cars in the drive through. If Cassy was still the manager here there would be hell to pay and rightfully so. I will NEVER return to this Arbys. Upper management should really second think who they put in charge here and try again, you really couldn’t do any worse.
