Just went through drive through tonight, really great customer service I don’t know the young man’s name but he would say yes sir of course and he was really kind and I really think Arby’s has great customer service!!

Had 2 coupons for 2for6$ each, they still charged me the $7 like it was normal and as if I had brought in no coupons, the sandwiches were squished and smashed not because of the weight of anything on top of them. This place sucks, I will never eat here again, I can barely understand the people speaking through the drive through window that woke there
