Most of the time when I go here, they completely ignore the drive through. They literally don’t even acknowledge you when you pull up to the microphone to order (I have checked the hours each time I go there, and they should be open). Go to Rancheritos in Layton instead. Much better service!
I got food poisoning from here.. so.. also while i was waiting for my food i watched the lady leave the counter, go out to her car and come back inside and resume what she was doing, with exact same gloves the entire time- definitely not safe or clean!!
Just not friendly service. I feel like I am putting them out when I roll through the driveway. Food is what you'd expect from a Betos. Also online it says they have certain items but when I went in person they said they don't make that item (Sweet Pork Burrito (.
The lady at the window called me a bad name. They made a mistake and wasted my time and money. Had to come back around again because I knew they had the order. Very bad customer service.
Best fast Mexican food I've ever had. We stop here every time we're driving down from Idaho to Salt Lake City.
Inconsistent hours (often not open in the morning when it should be per its posted hours).
Sometimes food is delicious other times the food is stale and gross.
I make the longer drive to Rancherito’s now!
Extremely authentic San Diego Mexican food. San Diego Mexican food might not itself be very authentic, but Beto's is very authentic to San Diego, haha.
If you've never had a burrito the size of your head that's completely stuffed with protein+fries+cheese+salsa, you're missing out. Take a bite, then pour on some salsa verde between bites.
If that's what you think a burrito should be, then any Beto's or Rancherito's is the place to go in Utah, and this location is the best in my experience. It's also the best food in Kaysville.
If you're looking for a sit-down restaurant, Orlando's is just down the road and it's great but very different from this. If you still want this kind of food, but also want a sit-down experience, the Rancherito's in Layton has a better atmosphere for dining, with very similar food, but this Beto's has the best food in my opinion.
Prices have become ridiculous. Betos was always the place to get cheap but decent food and a lot of it, but not anymore.
I love a genuine Mexican place. They have so much on the menu that you’re bound to find something you will love. Personally I’m a bacon and eggs breakfast burrito guy. So that’s my highly recommended item. But I don’t think you can go wrong with any of their food choices
Walked in waited for 5 minutes. Employees made eye contact with me then ignored me to prioritize the drive thru. I continued waiting but they were just hyper focused on the drive thru as I was ignored repeatedly as they went from the grill to the window. Great food IF YOU CAN ORDER

Food is good...But over-priced
Food is what you expect, but prices are not. WAY too expensive. Almost $9 for a bean burrito? There are sit down restaurants that include rice/beans for similar prices.
It's a hole, and a hole in the wall. Love the food.

This will always be my favorite Beto's. The food is always great and it always comes out fresh. For some reason their sour cream tastes better than the other locations. :)
