Slower than molasses. Their app is never correct on time and every time you ask an employee how long it will be till your order is really ready, they tell you 10 to 15 minutes.

The pizza is great, the prices are great, and overall the staff is friendly; however, they can never seem to get my order right. I’ve ordered from them twice this month and both times they either didn’t put everything I ordered on my pizza or just gave me the wrong pizza entirely. It’s starting to get ridiculous.
I called tonight to let them know they got my order wrong, and to compensate for the wrong order they told me I could get a free medium, 2 topping pizza next time I order. That sounds great and fine, however, I ordered a Large, any 7 topping pizza and think I should receive what I paid for. Just absolutely ridiculous.
START GIVING US WHAT WE PAID FOR.

The app is always right on the progress of the order. If it has been an hour and still not in the oven, as hard as that is to believe, it is correct. 🤦🙄

My order was ready on time. I was greeted by name. They had the AC cranked and the tunes jammin'! Food is made like I requested and delicious. Thoroughly pleased!

They were super helpful!!!! When my food didnt show up they remade the order. We checked 5 times before calling and it was never there 😭😭 and then magically it showed up with both orders they are awesome people!!! Best customer service!!!!

Hire more staff, it's insane that on a Tuesday night it took an hour for one pizza to show up tossed on the ground. Guess y'all's drivers are too busy to hand it off?
At least they actually showed up this time, last time I ordered a pizza and never got my food.

Great service. I had a problem with a gift card working right, and they completely went above and beyond to take care of me.

Order 3 pizzas, was told 60 min, a hour and half later we call and they said it’s in the oven. 2 hours and 15 min later our food showed up, soggy, one order was put together poorly!! I would not recommend this pizza joint!!

I would love to rate the food if I ever get a chance to try it. I’ve ordered food on the app three separate times only to arrive at the store and have them tell me it hasn’t been started yet and it’ll be an additional hour wait so I have to cancel. If you want to eat here order yesterday.

The driver left the store without my pizzas and then marked them as delivered. I called the store and the guy wanted me to accept five pizzas that had been out of the oven for 30 minutes. To make matters worse, when I requested five new pizzas, he told me he'd have to check with his manager. I told him five new pizzas or I'd dispute the charge with my bank.
I shouldn't have to do that!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now, I'm going to post this comment to all social media platforms to let others know about this location's horrible customer service!
