As a five-day-a-week customer, Fiiz has been part of our routine for years. But the new clear cups are a big disappointment.
The foam cups kept our drinks much colder for much longer, which made a noticeable difference in the overall experience.
We truly hope Fiiz will listen to loyal customers like us and bring back the foam cups.
If not, we’ll unfortunately have to start looking at other soda shops that still prioritize keeping drinks cold. Most restaurants still use foam cups, like Chick-fil-A, and customers love them
Had the worst experience ever here. My drink was nasty. The coke was out so I went in to get my drink fixed and I waited 5 minutes before someone helped me. Then I asked them to see if there Coke was out and to check the bib and got glared at. This why you go out of your way to get Swig.
Amazing and kind staff always super fast and efficient detail oriented workers and never a huge line!!! Always loved fizz so much more crispiest sprite ever!

Let’s just say half the time they don’t get my drinks right and sometimes their customer service is rude but today was beyond ridiculous. They weren’t busy. They had one person ahead of me at the window and I sat there for five minutes waiting for someone to take my order. it’s not that hard people

Usually a good experience here. But I went today, opened my drink to find a bug and that it wasn’t close to full. Asked for a replacement with no bugs and got a drink that didn’t have bugs but still was not even close to full.

They are very helpful! I would recommend the Berry Bad Doctor which is Dr. Pepper with raspberry, cream, and coconut and for the food options I would recommend the cookie dough. They only have a few tables in there, but outside has more seating! Don't go there if you are in a rush, though!

We were involved in an accident in front of their store and it was pretty hot outside. Two girls came out with waters for us and our two dogs as we sat there and waited for a ride. We never asked they just did it out of kindness. I thought it was very thoughtful. We then came in and got some drinks and snacks after we were done. Just want to say thank you for your kindness!

Four workers there tonight and I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Waited 5 minutes for my order to be taken and over 5 minutes at the window to get payment and my drink.
Not friendliest place I've been to that's for sure. The drinks are good as usual but the atmosphere has declined quite significantly.
Can't get an order right. Asked multiple times. Wrong drink with right sticker....😂

TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! There was a bigger girl working the drive through with a terrible attitude. The first time she handed me my drink, she didn’t say one word to me. As I drove away, I noticed that the drink did not have a lid on it when I took a sip. This led to the drink spilling on me, so I pulled back through the drive-through for a new drink because half of it was gone. When I made a turn, the drink spilled everywhere and that is when I realized the lid was not even attached to the cup. I nicely asked for another drink, and the girl took offense when I told her the lid was not on. She told me, “Next time I can get my own sprite at Maverick.” That is no way to talk to a customer and simply not acceptable. She needs to learn some manners — or more importantly, how to do her job. It’s really not that hard to put a lid on a cup. 🤷♀️
I’ve been coming to FiiZ for many years and have always really enjoyed their drinks. Several months ago I stopped drinking soda as much, so I’ve been getting their splashes. After my experience today though I think I’m done. The splashes are completely inconsistent with how they’re made, so sometimes they’re really good and other times they basically taste like water. When I told the cashier that it didn’t taste good I was repeatedly told that they had put purée in it but next time I could ask for double if I want. After getting this drink for months, I’m pretty good at telling when it’s there or not. I’m thinking at this point I’ll invest in my own purée, and cream and save myself the hassle of a drink that may or may not taste good for $4.00. I also was somehow charged $10.68 when they told me it was $8.68, and when I asked about that difference I was told maybe it was my bank charging me extra. Really? Bye bye FiiZ, I don’t need this aggravation!
Love the look of the place! Probably come here at least once a week, and have never regretted it! Love how it's hooked onto the Betos, the workers Kortni, Erin, and Bryson are actually perfect at their customer service, have never had a complaint with them ever!
I went to see if they had any tumblers available as well as to get a drink. I asked the lady if they had any tumblers and she said yes! So I asked if I could know which ones or if she would show me when I pulled up to the window. She goes “uhh, well, they’re sorta in boxes so I don’t know which are which”. After a few beats sitting in silence I said not to worry I guess. She then says “okay, sorry”. I was willing to buy one but she denied me based off what? Laziness? I’m not sure, but that was wild
Always great options.
