I've always loved this place and I hope and pray you'll love it too! Been going here since I was a kid and they have super fun kids drinks (over the rainbow and sharks in the water are my favorites) and they also have incredibly flavored adult drinks (I recommend the berry good doctor with peach puree)

I am a first responder and went through the drive thru. Lincoln was working and was extremely rude stated they didn't have a discount when I have gotten it every time. Slammed the drive thru window on me and then charged me the same! Be warned very rude and disrespectful.

DRIVE-THRU PRICES ARE A SCAM!!Went today through the drive-thru. Board says kid's drinks are $2.40. I ordered 2 with no subs or changes, expecting my total to be around $5. It cost $9.28! For 2 tiny drinks.When the attendant handed me my card back and told me the total I said, "Uh, the sign says $2.40 a drink. It should be around $5."The attendant then said, "Yeah, Corporate changed all the prices but refuses to change the signs outside. It's a scam."Here to leave a review and warn others, the drive thru is absolutely a scam!!!

The guy at the drive through didn’t put the lid on correctly, and caused soda to spill everywhere. We didn’t even get a replacement or refund.

But before I paid, I gave him a coupon that was a free drink plus the other one that I’m gonna pay for and he charged me for both drinks gave me the coupon back and said I can’t do anything now and told me to have a good day and he still marked it off as i apparently used it

Horrible customer service. I ordered curbside pick up & waited 10-15 min for my drinks. I decided to run in & grab them since they weren’t coming out. Our drinks were just sitting on the counter so I asked why they weren’t bringing out the curbside orders & the supervisor was very rude & told me she just had a huge order come in that was more important. She could have simply said they were running behind & apologized for the delay. Lost our business for life because of her attitude.

every time i come here i am disappointed with the wait time in the drive through. wether i’m one of the only cars in line or there’s a lot, i always seem to spend nearly a half hour in line before i can get to the window. i will be driving the extra 5 minutes to go to the nearest swig instead of coming here
