Don’t order through the app at this location. I have done so twice now, and both times took 30+ minutes from receiving the order to leaving the store. Not so “freaky fast”, especially for only one sandwich. I will not be ordering here again.Edited to add that they also forgot the avocado spread on my #6.

You got my order wrong in multiple ways and gave me a ripped/overfilled bag (I’m glad I don’t have allergies). Are you that close to going under that you can’t afford a second bag so I can actually carry my food into my house? Or a new one when it rips because you obviously overfilled it? Get it together.

Amazing customer service from Kellee. And I have ordered online multiple times, when you get a delivery driver hope it's on a night when she works. She has gotten my food to me very fast and is very friendly.

Food is usually good but sandwiches made wrong pretty frequently. My daughter has an allergy and they put cheese on her sandwich all the time when we ask them not to. And the drive through is soooo slow. Takes over 20 minutes to get through 4 cars. Staff is very nice always! Just wish they were “freaky fast” and more consistent.

i’m giving 3 stars cause it’s never a consistent experience for us. we love the food here but often times our sandwiches are made wrong and the soda machine is 8 times out of 10 out of syrup. It is tasty food, but if you’re to eat here, I would make sure you check your food before you leave. We just had it delivered and my sandwich was missing mustard and my Dr. pepper was filled about 3/4 full and when I tried it it was super gross. If you’re like me and you prefer a fountain drink, make sure you try it before you leave! But I don’t want to give one star because we do love the food here and the staff is usually super nice, if you can go in it’s better than delivery!!

I ordered the 18 piece for New Year's Eve and was shocked that it was poorly prepared. Basically they took 6 sandwiches and cut them into thirds. Whoever made them put only one slice of meat! I guess they were trying to skimp and they did just that. Go to subway or jersey mikes for better quality everything. So the owner messaged that I should look into other types of what they offered seeing that he bypassed the fact that it was poorly prepared meaning hardly any meat, so why would I want to give this company more business when they do not care about the quality. Maybe you should focus more on the way it was prepared with was only one slice of meat per sandwich that they cut into thirds why don't you look into that that your company is trying to skimp on quality and rip off customers

By far the best sandwich shop I've ever been to. The people were so nice especially the employee at the drive thru i think his name was Milo. The sandwiches were incredibly good and the prices were good and it came out so soon! I would definitely recommend

The food is always great. My only complaint is that they are always inconsistent on the time. Sometimes you’ll wait 20-30 minutes for your food, while other times only 5 minutes. Seems like it depends on which employees are working and how many employees are on duty.
