For my daughter's 12th birthday I put in an order of food for two at 7:30am to be picked up at 10:30am. I stood in a line for pick up orders completely ignored for 30 minutes. Workers were visibly irritated. After 40 minutes I got my food, but no smoothies. Unwilling to wait another half hour for service I walked out WITHOUT the product I'd already paid for. I won't be back until the customer service improves.

I had a time of 9:10 for pick up. I did not get my food from them till 9:50. They looked at me the entire time while serving other customers and not me. My food wasn't even made at the time it was supposed to be. I am furious. I had plans and they ruined my plans by being unprepared

A chicken salad sandwich was very poorly made. Half to sandwich was literally just bread. They would not let me buy just a sandwich and cup of soup. They charged me for a combo and just didn't give me the drink. Terribly service and terrible quality. Don't bother going here.

Came here for brunch wanted breakfast but ended up opting for lunch menu. I got the turkey cranberry, on a croissant this place always Amazes me everything is always a surprise and tastes great. Hubby had the turkey, bacon, avacado on foccia bread. Came with chips and cinnamon roll. They do need to get a better selection on their chips they offer. Definitely coming back.
Chicken salad croissant. Yes…. No chicken even on it. Glad I spent $11 on a croissant with a touch of mayonnaise and couple celery pieces and a cup of brown lettuce. Last time going here.
