If your reading this review you may have had a bad experience. We waited 40 min for our pizza after ording it from the drive through. We were told it would be 10 mins so we parked and waited for our pizza. Four other customere were waiting for there orders as well, when we finally went in to check on our order that was supposed to be delivered we waited 15min before being helped. The excuse was they were behind, which may have been true. I can go on telling about my experince, but most importantly this facility seems like it will never change and if your are reading this before going to facilty be warned and if your reading this after a bad experience you maybe able to relate.

The location on 283 N Flint Dr is terrible. If you make an online order you have to wait and watch while all the drive thru customers go first. They tell you that they are behind on online orders while they serve everyone else. Won't be coming back to this location. It's worth the drive to a different location.Addition-I got home and found a 1 1/4" hair in the pizza as well. Geez. Talk about going out of your way to make sure people don't come back.

Don't go if you want "hot-n-ready" pizzas. Have been here on several occasions and they rarely have pizzas ready to go, either they have pepperoni ready and no Hawaiian or vice versa. It's become frustrating waiting 15 min for a regular pepperoni.

Friday night chaos. Ordered online took an hour. 40 minutes after the pickup time. Pizza was cold because the order was finished and then left aside forgotten about. Just kids working. Horribly managed location for a Friday night.

We made an order online and then had something happen and needed to cancel. The app had no way to cancel and said to call. We called so many times and mostly got the voice-mail, but a few times they picked up and immediately hung up on us. We ended up having to go into the store directly to cancel. Very frustrated.

Fresh pizza and also a friendly environment when I was there.
*drive thru* went around 2 on a Saturday, it was fast to order and ready when I pulled up to the window. Almost $30 for the 2 pizzas, crazy bread, and sauce. Got home after about 5-10 minute drive and it was all a good warm temperature. Have been to this location 3 times, no complaints.

I've been to this location a few times and every time I end up waiting way too long. I've pre-ordered my pizzas through the app and shown up when it is supposed to be ready and end up waiting 20 minutes longer or more for them to be ready. They have a pizza portal but never use it. Often they give me the order but one pizza is missing so I then end up waiting even longer while they make it. They keep all the pizzas on the counter until customers show up or the full order is ready but all their pizza warmers are empty, so don't expect it to be hot and ready. The employees will spend minutes just chatting with each other or friends that come in and people will be waiting for way too long before they get attended. Their management really needs to step up and lead their team to be more attentive and better organize how they fulfill orders. They need to use the equipment and keep the orders hot and not chilling for 25 minutes on a counter while they "fix" the order and bake up the missing items.

We went through the drive thru and only ordered two pizzas, told it was gonna be a 5-10 minute wait and have been waiting in this parking space for over 45 minutes. I also went inside to check and was told the pizzas was never put in the oven and is now warming up and will be another 10 minute wait. Workers were also very rude and not willing to help.

I’ve ordered here several times. Not once have they ever been on time. Usually they’re 30 minutes or more late. Worst LC I’ve ever dealt with. Drive an extra few miles for the next closest one. Don’t waste your time with this location.
My boy scouts asked this location for pizza donations for their eagle projects. This little Caesar's pizza went above and beyond in donating 8 piping hot pizzas. Wow! Thank you!

This location is poorly run. We’ve ordered from here several times and more often than not there’s an issue when we go to pick up the order. Every single time they make some nonsense excuse about an issue with their program not receiving the order. We show them the confirmation email and always find there are dozens of people in the store with the same issue. They’re so unreliable. If you are trying to order in advance and need your food by a specific time, I’d go anywhere but here.
