Stopped by this store today around 2:30 PM, ordered an iced mocha and an apple fritter. When the lady at the window went to hand me my drink I could tell by the color it wasn’t a mocha and I told her that. So she left the window and a very rude young man returned and insisted it was a mocha and handed it back to me. I had to ask for the fritter I paid for. The “mocha” was an unflavored iced coffee. I won’t be back.
