we live in kaysville, so this is the closest mcdonald’s to us and we keep giving it chances, but the service and accuracy are terrible. my mom was given a cheeseburger with no hamburger patty at all, just the bun and toppings. that should never happen. we clearly ordered two regular cokes and were given diet coke instead. it was supposedly fixed, but they still handed us diet coke. no one wants that if they didn’t ask for it. they are also extremely stingy and inconsistent with sauces. even when we request multiple, we usually get one, and the staff has attitudes about it. calling the store to fix issues is pointless because the employees are unprofessional and unhelpful. this location needs better training, better communication, and better customer service.

Clearly the young lady that works here hates her job. I didn't know it was such a big deal to make her push three extra buttons just because I couldn't 3 seconds after I approached the menu board (with no wait) if I wanted to use my app or not. The fries were cold, unsalted, and tasted strange and the coke tasted musty, if that makes sense, and they must have run out of McDonald's Game Piece cups, because their cups don't have game pieces.

I see the reviews for this location isn’t great, so keep in mind that I only go before 1:00pm. This is hands down my favorite McDonalds location. I always get my food fast and the employees are always nice, especially Tracy, who always makes sure to say my name right and put my separate orders all in one bag. Sometimes the food quality goes down day to day, like sometimes the fries aren’t properly salted, but it’s never too major. They make their coffees good which is very hit or miss from location to location. Overall a very good location, and I come here every day for both school and work.

Every time I come here at night, their systems are down, they have no Doordash orders in their system, or they are closed. Either the night shift doesn't want to do their job, or they are not actually 24 hours, and they need to stop advertising themselves as such.

If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely disgusting. Whole order was stale and cold. Asked for a cheeseburger no pickles, extra onions. I received a cold cheeseburger with no onions, extra pickles when my boyfriend is allergic to pickles who is now very suck! Paid for extra sauce we never received.
