There is always just a single worker with their headphones on in the back. There's never more than one employee at that place. Food is always pretty good, although overpriced. It just seems like every time I go in.There needs to be 2 employees.There are 12 cook the pizza and the other to hand out orders but there's only ever one. There have been many times where my order has been delayed at least 5-ten minutes because the pizza is ready but it can't be handed to me.

Good grief! Every time we go there, they are extremely understaffed with a huge line of people waiting. I wish they had a pizza portal like other places so I don’t have to wait for my pizza to get cold for 10 minutes so that I can sign a receipt. I’m done with this place.

Not worth it

I ordered ahead, terrible service, took me two calls to order a single large pizza. I go to pick it up only to find out they are out of the toppings i ordered and they couldn’t get ahold of my to let me know. I ordered another pizza just for it to take longer than quoted. good pizza, bad service.

I did not get my complete order. This wasn't the first time. Two non English speaking young people delivered my pizza. They didn't have my pepsi. After a struggle with understanding them the girl indicated she would go back to Pizza Hut, get my pepsi, and bring it back to me. She never returned. The total for my order came to $67.00. Door Dash is the problem. Everytime I've not received an order, even from Walmart, it was a Door Dash driver who made off with my order. This has to be fixed. I will not purchase from Walmart or Pizza Hut until the partnership with Door Dash is either absolved or the prospective hires are vetted.....as it should be. I think it only fair that people are told what's going on. I am mad. I am very mad.

Walked in for a carryout that was paid for, nobody came to greet me. Every time a delivery driver (door dash, Uber, etc.) walked in, they were immediately greeted. I had to ask them for service to finally get them working on my order, and when it was ready, I had to make sure they didn't hand it to a delivery driver who had a customer with the same first name. The food was good, though.

Pizza Hut does everything they can to force online ordering. They no longer employ drivers and only use Uber. Uber does not accept cash. Delivery on the Pizza Hut website still has the option to pay with cash. If you choose it, your orders either late or never shows up. Also, if you change your delivery location, which is the very last step, it clears your entire order and you have to start over. Pizza Hut needs to clean up their website.

I ordered from this location tonight, and it took over 2 hours for our order to arrive, and it was stone cold when we got it. The boneless wings were dry and chewy like they had been sitting for a long time, and the pizza was greasy and cold. We will never order from this location again. To say we were disappointed is a HUGE understatement.

You order online and they cancel without notifying you, you make a mark and a guy answers you saying that he will connect you with his supervisor.
and they hang up on terrible service I ordered from 12:09 the order would be at 12:35 an hour passed and it never arrived
