Not worth it

I ordered ahead, terrible service, took me two calls to order a single large pizza. I go to pick it up only to find out they are out of the toppings i ordered and they couldn’t get ahold of my to let me know. I ordered another pizza just for it to take longer than quoted. good pizza, bad service.

I did not get my complete order. This wasn't the first time. Two non English speaking young people delivered my pizza. They didn't have my pepsi. After a struggle with understanding them the girl indicated she would go back to Pizza Hut, get my pepsi, and bring it back to me. She never returned. The total for my order came to $67.00. Door Dash is the problem. Everytime I've not received an order, even from Walmart, it was a Door Dash driver who made off with my order. This has to be fixed. I will not purchase from Walmart or Pizza Hut until the partnership with Door Dash is either absolved or the prospective hires are vetted.....as it should be. I think it only fair that people are told what's going on. I am mad. I am very mad.

Walked in for a carryout that was paid for, nobody came to greet me. Every time a delivery driver (door dash, Uber, etc.) walked in, they were immediately greeted. I had to ask them for service to finally get them working on my order, and when it was ready, I had to make sure they didn't hand it to a delivery driver who had a customer with the same first name. The food was good, though.

Pizza Hut does everything they can to force online ordering. They no longer employ drivers and only use Uber. Uber does not accept cash. Delivery on the Pizza Hut website still has the option to pay with cash. If you choose it, your orders either late or never shows up. Also, if you change your delivery location, which is the very last step, it clears your entire order and you have to start over. Pizza Hut needs to clean up their website.

I ordered from this location tonight, and it took over 2 hours for our order to arrive, and it was stone cold when we got it. The boneless wings were dry and chewy like they had been sitting for a long time, and the pizza was greasy and cold. We will never order from this location again. To say we were disappointed is a HUGE understatement.

You order online and they cancel without notifying you, you make a mark and a guy answers you saying that he will connect you with his supervisor.
and they hang up on terrible service I ordered from 12:09 the order would be at 12:35 an hour passed and it never arrived

Order online, it says it’ll be delivered in 45-50mins. After about 40 mins, the store calls me and says they can’t deliver, I asked if i can pick it up and they had let me know that they haven’t even started the order yet.

I ordered online 1.5 hours ago, it says I would have my 1 large pizza delivered in 30-40 mins, I check the tracker and it said it will be delivered at 1:51. I call the store and it puts me in hold then goes busy & hangs up. Finally I get “Nicholas “ to answer and he does NOTHING for me. Says yeah it was canceled, I can’t tell you when or by who. I’ll just transfer you to the store I tell him no that I would like to talk to his boss. He says that it goes through the manager of the store. I let him know that the store is not answering or ringing, busy and hanging up on me and I want to speak to his manager, he then tells me he is going to transfer me that he doesn’t have a manager. He transfers me and I get the same wait on hold for five minutes and then it goes to a busy signal and hangs up. Don’t ever waste your time going here calling in or expecting a pizza especially don’t talk to Nicholas . So no pizza, no communication that my order got canceled and no customer service!!!

Order was confirmed at 3:39 pm and told it was estimated delivery at 4:09 pm. However, I got a text at 4:16 saying it will be there at 4:45 and picked up by door dash. The place is six minutes away from my location. I do not understand why I pay a delivery fee if it immediately goes to door dash and comes over 30 minutes late with no compensation or benefits for the obvious mishap.

We hadn't ordered for a while, but we were lazy tonight. The order arrived fast, the pizza was hot and the family was very pleased with Pizza Hit tonight! Way better than the last time we ate here and we will order again. The $12 special is also nice!
