Today, I got the most scrumptious, delectable iced matcha with almond milk and vanilla cold foam I have ever had. The drink was filled right to the top, and the cold foam and matcha were made perfectly. There were 3 employees there, one was new (the one who made my drink), and she did an incredible job. They were all very sweet and helpful. 4 stars on food is for a drink mishap I had there a while back. This drink must be made of holy water. The only downside is that I already drank it all. I truly don’t know how I would’ve made it through my day without this drink in my hand. Even my dog could sense how tasty it was.

This location has a new manager and she does not promote an inviting atmosphere and doesn't seem to treat the employees well. I go here often and could tell quite quickly the mood had taken a turn for the worse. I think she just started but having worked in the service industry for a long time I get the feeling that the whole vibe has been thrown off completely.

This place needs at least 2 works at all times. Too busy for just one person.

The workers are great!!!! love them!!!!!but this location needs at least 2 people at ALL times. especially because there's mobile ordering. Pull someone from another department. Get one of the smiths managers to fill in. Staffing is not that hard. stop trying to cut corners and save money. The number one goal of the general manager of this smiths location should be to make sure that the store staffed properly and they're definitely failing to do that. If you want have a Starbucks inside your grocery store staff it properly. (minimum 2 people all times) you open the store with two people. You close the store with two people. This is really not that complex for a human brain to understand. I hope you see this message and can make a quick adjustment. Take care of your people and pay them more.

I love this location! I don’t drink coffee but every time I come here the staff is friendly and accommodating. They are willing to recommend different drinks and remake them if necessary. Everyone seems willing to help, this location has great service.

Lol. Just got to work and mine and my coworker’s mochas have no espresso in them. Literally just chocolate milk. Making it harder to be a teacher in May.

Staff was extremely friendly and accepted my own mug which other shops have turned down. Coffee was excellent.

POOR server attitide. Coffee ok. Let's face it, Starbucks in a corner of Smith's just doesn't make it there is no crowd and no atmosphere. the service is poor and there is no camaraderie between customers and servers. I don't recommend this place.
