Best Gluten Free bakery and there ingredients are very clean. I have a lot of health and food issues and thankfully I do very well with their baked goods! Their cookies are to die for and the cinnamon roll is the best! You cannot go wrong! So so good!

There's NO DANISH PASTRY...so I settled for an Orange Roll, which was overpowering with sugar and at $7.50 each it was not a good bakery experience.

The gluten-free goodies are really really good! And I don’t even mind the higher prices — I’m used to it. But their service and communication leave much to be desired.
I guess they had lots of issues with Thanksgiving pre-orders, so they didn’t publicize their Christmas pre-orders. I tried to put an order in online yesterday (the page for pre-orders was still up), but then when I tried to add anything to the cart, it said there was an error and suddenly the pre-order page disappeared. I tried messaging them on Instagram only to get an auto message saying they don’t accept new messages. Well that’s great service… So I left a comment on a post and got a quick response (which surprised me) telling me the orders were closed but to call in the next morning and they’d help me. I called in minutes after they opened and was told all Christmas pre-orders were closed. Okay, it really would have been great to have seen a post on their website or social media about it. They said I could stop by to get something from the grab-and-go case instead. That’s great if I have an hour (or more) to spend waiting in line for slow service.
I prefer the taste and texture of this GF bakery to any others in the area, but their service isn’t great and their lack of caring irks me to no end.

I called today to see if it was ready & was told no one saw my order come in & that they didn’t have 2 of the items I ordered & that I should call the store for orders. Why do they offer online orders if they can’t keep track of them or fulfill?
The owner told me that if it’s not a bulk order they can’t do it cause it’s not cost effective, which makes sense…soooo how’s about putting that on the website so expectations are clear?!? I got a “thanks” with the undertone of “whatever lady”
They did process my refund quickly.

The stuff they make there is delicious. However. They can't seem to get their shit together whenever there is a holiday or special order of any kind. My mom has been waiting in the online PICK UP line for 2 hours... In 30 degree weather. They do this every year. We stopped ordering from them for a few years, we tried again this year hoping it would be better. They NEVER have your order ready. Even when you placed it months in advance. You should be able to pick it up and GO. not WAIT IN LINE FOR THE PIES TO BAKE. seriously. We will be baking our own from now on.
***update**** my mom sent in a text review to give them feedback on their services. She told them she had to wait in a block Long line in the cold for 2 hours. Which was true. She has a brace on her knee from severe arthritis. She told them she would not be buying from them again. THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE!!!

So, because she called you out on your unpreparedness and bad customer service, she gets banned from the shop? For providing feedback that YOU asked her to provide? A business should have the backbone to take criticism from its customers to improve its services. She wasn't even rude, she told the truth. This is unprofessional beyond belief and incredibly childish for a business to respond that way. They went from 0-100 real quick. Like a teenager throwing an emotionally constipated tantrum. I have second hand embarrassment for them.

Waited nearly two hours outside in the cold for one cheesecake and pie. I preordered and paid the first day they started taking them and my cheesecake wasn’t ready when I got to the front of the line. $80 for a cheesecake and pie that aren’t ready after almost two hours in the cold in unacceptable. One of the previous years they admitted to selling my cheesecake to someone else and had to send me with one that wasn’t set still in the pan.

Truly the best gluten free baked goods in Utah! We travel to stock up and it is worth it! The cinnamon rolls and the cream cheese sugar cookies may be my all time favorites so far!

Best Gluten free bakery!! Got a custom cake for my bridal shower and it was so cute and delicious, the non gluten free people loved it too! They people here were so nice and accommodating, I felt heard and like they wanted to make all my dreams come true! 10/10 would recommend!!

Wife is gluten free(I am not), and I am usually VERY critical of gluten free substitutes/food in general, due to it not tasting quite right. Not the case here, every cupcake/cookie/roll/etc. I've had here has been better than almost any of their "normal" counterparts. Ali even sat us down and did a personal consultation with quite a few different cupcakes for our wedding cake, and we decided on a dark chocolate peppermint cake, and I can almost still taste it if I think about it hard enough. Can't recommend it enough. The only place I will tip when they "turn the iPad around"
