nuggets nasty
Every time items are missing from our orders. We're done.
Terrible restaurant. They've messed up my online order the three times I've been there. Missing items each time. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and keep giving them chances, but I think it's time to move on.
Taco Bell is an amazing place if the people that you order from remember your food and you don't have some white trash tattooed person serving you
They got our online order wrong. The reason why we ordered online this time was because the questions they ask with each item we request is exhausting. Sucks that we paid over $30 dollars for a few tacos & they couldn’t even get our order right.

I ordered 3, 5 meat burritos, what i got were 3 of the worst bean slop burritos I've ever gotten. I ate a little of one and threw the rest in the garbage. I called the manager the next day to let them know, she just made excuses and couldn't care less. I won't be back and ill tell everyone i know to steal clear.
All I wanted was an apology but I didn't get one.
You guys made me the best bean burrito with taco meat inside with extra onion OMG you know I'll be coming back for more
I wondered where the beef was on my crunch wrap. After searching through the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese sauce I only found a few small crumbs.

This one only gets 4 because even though I told the employee I modified the burrito on the kiosk, they still screwed up the modifications.
It's taco bell. Tacos burritos and more. Fast tasty and okay on price. Combos have gone up but everything has lately.
Ordered an online order. Arrive when it was supposed to be ready. Waited 40 MINUTES in the store. The employee were as high as can be and reeked of weed. When I asked about my food or asked to cancel the order I was met with “we’re making it” or “we can’t cancel online orders” there were only 2 other groups of people in the store. Zero reason for 55 minutes to make some tacos.
Their phone is disconnected so there is no way to get a hold of a manager.
Taco Bell... You know what you are going to get. This location ALWAYS on ever item asks if I want to double the meat or if I want it spicy or with sour cream or not. It is so exhausting, and takes 3 times as long to order your food.
Rude ass staff you order on the kiosk you stand there for 15 minutes with staff looking at you can come over and take a cash payment from you then when you get your food, they kinda just throw it down in front of you. They can’t even make food correctly a bean and cheese burrito. They don’t even know how to make a burrito correctly. My child that’s 11 years old can make a better burrito than they can. It’s pretty sad and emotional. They have teenage kids sitting there, talking about lube and sex and stuff like that and the manager is sitting laughing about it and even ask him to leave who would really want to go and eat there with the family
By far the worst taco bell I've been to in a while service was slow, I didn't receive even a single sauce packet, my food was cold when I got it and it tasted like it was never even warm in the first place then the nacho fries that I got literally had maybe a QUARTER of the cup full. What an absolute joke. I would rather you have told me no. Not worth even the slightest bit recognition 0/10 EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED
