Very, very poor service. Employees treat customers badly and food is served in poor condition.

terrible experience every single time. the staff are completely rude, entitled, and clearly annoyed if you take even a few seconds to order. my last three orders all had tomatoes despite asking for none, and nothing else i requested like adding sauce was done. the food is always cold, as if it’s been sitting out, and the drive-through employees literally ignored us for like over 10 minutes at the window after ordering, mind you this is over three hours before closing, when no one else was in line or in the store. management really needs to address this unacceptable “service”..

9/26/25: Taco Bell employees please throw away your cool ranch dorito taco shells. They have gone bad. They smell bad. They taste bad. They are clearly expired. Please stop using them.

Huge shoutout to the employees working the night shift on 9/18, they hooked me up and really made my night after a long and stressful day. So appreciative of great service like this. Thank you!!

Service is nice and friendly and fast. But the last 3 times I’ve gone to get a chicken quesadilla it’s not even cooked, it’s cold and the cheese isn’t melted in the slightest

Employees smoking and vaping within 25 ft of the entrance clouds of smoke and vapor all around makes this for a sketchy Taco Bell

The website kept glitching and It would always reset my bag when i tried to add something that was different then what was already in it. So i decided to order one on my phone, and the other on my laptop. Big mistake! The website for some reason duplicated my first order and overwrote my second with the first. So i ended up with two orders that were the same. I went down to the resturant and they explained that they had no idea what happened and weren't able to do anything about it, because they can only recieve orders from the website and thats it. So i contacted Taco Bell via email and they were able to fully refund one of the orders. The food was also pretty freaking good so i give them kudos for that. I usually never have any problems with this Taco Bell, but im happy that when i did, it all turned out good in the end.

Did an online order and it wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be. They couldn’t even find my order!! They finally found it but had no idea what drinks we had. Finally they figured that out but half them were not available. The potatoes were hard as a rock and we had to throw half of them away and a majority of our order was potatoes. Tried to get a refund on the app but that didn’t happen. So mad, it was a lot of money for inedible food and bad service.

No one to take an order!!!! (use computer)
Takes forever to make a simple order because they wont stop asking you to upgrade at the drive-thru. Service is slow and complicated and it seems to be the ownership

I ordered two beefy five layers burritos and as it says in the name “beefy” yet both of mine had no beef in them it is just cheese beans and nacho cheese the beef portion they put in the burritos is not acceptable even when I order it with extra beef I still seem to not have very much beef

Driving for Uber Eats, I drove 10 miles to this Taco Bell on a slow night, thinking it would be a quick stop. When I arrived, I was met with a drive-thru line that was at least 30 minutes long. As I drove up to park, I could see the employees inside goofing around, not doing anything, and when they noticed me, they started aggressively pointing towards the drive-thru and looked visibly upset.

After parking and calling to see if I could grab my order inside, I was told no, citing “safety policies.” When I asked if they could just run the order out to me, I was told that “everyone is busy,” despite them clearly not being busy at all. I explained that the drive-thru line was ridiculously long, it wasn’t worth my time to wait, and that I would just have to assign the order to someone else. Their response? “Yeah, sorry, nothing we can do about it.” No solution, no care, just complete indifference.

I ended up wasting my time, gas, and money for what should’ve been a simple pickup. I’d appreciate it if management could train their employees to handle situations like this with more care and professionalism. As a delivery driver, this was incredibly harmful to my earning goals as money is incredibly tight right now and I basically drove 10 miles for nothing.

I've come here multiple times and the service especially at night is terrible. I've gotten food well over 45 minutes after placing an order multiple times.Tonight I went to order the yeatwrap which is a custom crunch wrap with steak, no tomato, an jalapeño sauce made by yeat and they had no idea what I was talking about. The yeatwrap is posted all over social media and even on tacobells official social medias as a custom menu item. The employees all start yelling at me and I'm just sitting there confused cause I did literally nothing wrong. I tried explaining the yeatwrap and they told me to leave and not come back because I wasn't ordering something off the menu. Shi pissed me off. Layton served me way better and they knew what was up
