This must be at Kaysville location.Only because only from there have.We gotten soggy tacos now twice. The food is cold and it feels like the tacos were sitting waiting to be bought. The bottom of the tacos stick to the paper and then the Tacos fall apart. After it happened the first time we thought it was just a fluke but this time it happened again so we're done with kaysville.

The food will only have a smear of meat. The pictures do not represent the actual amount of meat in the tacos. I’ve been a couple times just incase the first time was a fluke. Nope. It’s a smear of meat. Not worth the money.

So my dad is too old and doesn’t know how to operate google reviews so I’m writing one for him. We go here all the time and I’ve never seen anything like it. My dad sent me this picture earlier today and told me he took a bite and there was an entire lid to a cup in his bean burrito! We have never had a problem until today and I’d like to have this problem solved. Can the manager or corporate contact me and we can sort this out?? We love Taco Bell but after this incident we don’t know if we will be going back…

Service and atmosphere was ok. The food on the other hand was horrible. I found a long hair in my taco and the shell for the Mexican pizza was rancid. I couldn’t eat it. It almost smelled and tasted like it was fried in cleaning chemicals.

Overall horrible customer service I don’t know the young man’s name but he was super rude he had longer hair and was not patient at all he said order when your ready and 20 seconds later he said are you getting anything with a rude voice and he was just overall really rude and annoying!! He needs to be talked to!

My love for Taco Bell is waning quickly. I can't eat for less than $15 which is crazy. Plus I get asked 5-6 times, every order, if I "want to add sour cream", "add extra sour cream", "add extra meat", "add meat", "spicy or original", "round up to donate". So not only is the food more expensive than it's ever been, I get upselled to make it even more expensive than it already is. As I write this, I'm now rethinking coming here any more.

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, this is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Maybe it's because I'm going through the week during lunch but it's always fresh which is crazy for Taco Bell. Also its always good portion of beef.

Most of the time I am alright with this location but this last visit I made an online order. They didn't even start getting it ready until I got to the drive thru 30 minutes later. When they gave it to me and I got home I realized half of my order was not even there. If it was 1 thing missing I would be alright but missing 3 items is too much.
