2 stars on food because sometimes you unknowingly get day old. One star on service because she is very dishonest. My card was charged over $18 for 4 donuts and a chocolate milk as she charges for the “extras” that she adds in. I went back two other times after that and I was charged incorrectly both times. I asked her about it and she said the register must have a glitch. Ya. Ok.

I’ve usually gotten really good donuts here but haven’t been so much lately since I’m trying to cut back some. Today however was a big disappointment. I got 2 items, a glazed donut and a blueberry puff pastry. The donut was definitely day or more old and the puff pastry was so old I couldn’t even eat it! I threw it away and if you knew me you would realize that’s a serious thing for me to not eat bakery stuff. If I go back I will definitely check the stuff before I leave the store.

Older worker talked on the phone on a personal phone call on her AirPods the entire time I was there. So unprofessional and rude. Because of this, she didn’t listen to my order and got it wrong. It also smells of mildew. I don’t think we will be back.

Extremely disappointed. My wife and I went out of our way to this location, because we received a recently issued coupon for soup. We wanted to try a new place. After arriving, we were informed they no longer had soup, and they wouldn't even honor the general 10% off coupon. (Refusing to honor a $0.50 coupon for two new customers and not updating their inaccurate menu or menu pricing since 2020 says enough.) There are many donut and sandwich shops; I'd go elsewhere.
