Shorter, older lady with light colored hair and blue eyes (possibly shift manager) was rude and disrespectful to me for no reason at all. Very concerning. I will no longer give this store my business.

I took my grandkids to this Wendy’s and had the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I went in to order and my grandkids sat down at a table. There was no menu with prices that I could see. I had to ask questions about what was included in a kids meal and instead of answering he rudely pointed to a tiny menu on the counter. I said this doesn’t have prices. He said ya it’s a TINY menu. The man who waited on me was doing window orders at the same time. I was looking for an item that my granddaughter wanted and this is exactly how the conversation went: I point to my granddaughter and started saying : well she wants .. he interrupted me and said rudely, who is “she”? Well get her over here. I’m trying to get orders from the window and doing all this by myself. You come in here and don’t even know what you want. I can’t stand here all day while you try to decide. (There were no other customers inside.) I said “you know what? We’re good. Then we left.

My 70-year-old mother recently took my children to this location, and the experience was terrible. While she was trying to explain her order, the employee taking it belittled her and even yelled at her for not speaking quickly enough. My mom was so upset she left without finishing her order.

We will never return to this location, and I strongly recommend others avoid it until management provides proper training and ensures staff treat all customers—especially elderly ones—with respect. No one deserves to be treated with such disregard and unkindness.

Was forced to wait 20 minutes to get my food while cars behind me got theirs. When I finally got my food, everything was wrong and I was missing items, and it's not the first time with items missing.

Had an issue on a past visit, but both Wendy’s corporate and the GM followed up and made things right. My next visit was much better. I appreciate the recovery and effort to keep things consistent.
