The chili had so much spice I couldnt eat it. I usually love wendys chili. Also, the sprite tastes like soap. I dont know if they forgot to rinse it out after cleaning but I'm disappointed

Went through the drive. The worker was extremely rude. I was polite anyway, because I've worked in fast food and it sucks, so I'm sympathetic. She dropped my food, acted like it was my fault, but did get me a new order. The fried were not salted, no straws in the bag, and I ordered the Krabby patty meal and it was super disgusting.

Deviation

The Crabby Patty meal needs to go or lower the price! It's marketed to kids, and it's basically a Dave Single (with Big Mac sauce), fries, and a smaller shake for over $12! My kids wanted one, and $12+ is ridiculous for a kids' meal, especially for their cheapest hamburger on the menu, they just add an extra sauce.

They had two people working for a line of cars. We only received part of our order and the drive-thru attendant tried to argue he’d visit to us even though I showed him they bag. the fries were old and cold. Overall terrible experience

Terrible service! On a previous visit, I went through the drive-thru to pick up three online orders. When I got to the second window, the employee handing me my food got visibly upset and told me not to do that again, huh?? Not sure why that would be an issue. Today, 11/5 at 12:20 PM, I went inside to pick up two mobile orders (selected as drive-thru pickup), hoping it might be easier for everyone. The same employee was there, and when I politely asked if I could get my orders inside instead, she replied, ‘I’m not gonna go in the back and get them for you; you need to get in line and go through the drive-thru.’ I’m genuinely confused. Last time she was upset because I used the drive-thru, and now she’s upset because I tried to pick up inside. 😵‍💫 Message for the employee: There are customer service courses available online that you can take for free. I know customer service can be a challenging skill to learn.
