Was forced to wait 20 minutes to get my food while cars behind me got theirs. When I finally got my food, everything was wrong and I was missing items, and it's not the first time with items missing.

Had an issue on a past visit, but both Wendy’s corporate and the GM followed up and made things right. My next visit was much better. I appreciate the recovery and effort to keep things consistent.

I have never posted a review like this but it would be a great humanitarian action to forever close this location. It’s not that I didn't try to eat my spicy chicken sandwich, rather I could not literally bite into the meat..It felt like one large piece of gristle but it was chicken meat. I even had difficulty tearing off a piece with my hands. I’ve never experienced this before, anywhere. A $10 meal should not end up in the garbage.

I dine in at around 11:30 am on some days during my lunch break, so I have no idea what the service is like in the morning or evening. That being said, this Wendy’s is great. They get your order out FAST. Some days they call my name out before I’ve filled up my drink. Employees are pleasant, food is warm, tables are clean, just a nice location.

The frosties were liquid, the order took ages, the staff ignored us at the drive through window for like 15 minutes, and they didn’t even hand us our food after paying I had to walk back to the window and ask for it. There was no one else in line or inside this service was completely unacceptable this is may 3rd 11:00pm worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

The food is great, I do the online order and it's always correct and hot everytime I get it. The bathroom stall lock is broken and there's a massive gap in the door though.

I am very disappointed in the service I received tonight. We ordered throught the mobile app and they messed up on our order. Not to mention the sandwiches we ordered tasted like rubber and the fries weren't fresh. There must be a bacon shortage because we orderd bacon cheeseburgers and there was NO bacon. This is not the first time this had happened. But this will be our last.

The chili had so much spice I couldnt eat it. I usually love wendys chili. Also, the sprite tastes like soap. I dont know if they forgot to rinse it out after cleaning but I'm disappointed
