I just got my order delivered via GH...and 3 sandwiches and missing ALL sauces? I isn't like I can go to the fridge and get Arbys sauce or Horsey sauce. I did not get what I paid for, and couldnt eat my order. Do Better!

Update: this place has gone south over a few years of ordering from here. Food missing from far too many orders, with 3 separate orders being someone else’s. Shakes that are jamocha but we receive vanilla and Management who says, “what you want me to do about it” and then zero resolution. 3 of the refunds i have yet to receive. From my original post to now id say this is 2 stars at best. Maybe go back to your previous management?!
I order and the good given to me remains consistent, I get the same taste, amount of meat/toppings and fries. The inside is kept fairly clean, taking into consideration that many people do not respect the self refill machines and pick up after themselves. The service is kind and helpful. I frequent this place a lot.

They forgot my Ajou sauce for my french dip and I mean cmon who forgets Ajou for a FRENCH DIP like huh?????? They also forgot my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks just beyond disappointed with this store. DO BETTER!!

Never have I been treated so poorly at the drive thru. All that was rudely said to me was “order” I asked if there were specials and she said “no”! I said thanks for your great service and drive out of my way to the location near redwood who welcomed me at the drive thru and told me specials going on. Ugh not ever going to this location again.

The food was put together very sloppy. All my cheese on my ham n cheese melt was on my wrapper. The other sandwich wasn't eatable because of the way it was made. I'm calling today to complain. They aren't cheap.

Haven't eaten here in a long while. Decided on Thanksgiving Eve to go. Worst decision. Been in the drive thru for 30 minutes and we're still 2 cars away. Terrible management decision to not have enough staff, bad drive thru times and I can't wait to see if it was even worth it.

The food portions are crazy small and over priced. I paid almost $60 for 3 meals and one side. It is unnecessarily expensive. 10/10 would not recommend specifically for the price. The food was okay and the service was alright but definitely not worth the price. They expect people to pay like it’s a Michelin star restaurant!

I have been to this Arby’s a few times. Every single time my fries are old and cold and disgusting. I always ask for a lot of Arby’s sauce, my family loves it. 1/4 times I’ve been there I’ve actually been given the sauce. Tonight we asked for extra extra sauce we ordered a lot of food. Left with none. I will NEVER return. The pierced up girl is rude and has made every single one of my experiences horrible. Won’t come back. Disappointed is an understatement

Food was pretty good! Last time I came here it wasn't that great. Haven't been back in like a year. And definitely coming here more often! Definitely way better. Food was excellent! Service was amazing as well. Thank you
