I was walking home from the Walmart nearby and needed Wi-Fi so I could get a hold of my friend for a ride my bags were heavy and I was tired. They were cool enough to let me sit in the lobby and wait for him and even hooked me up with a free meal and drink these guys are amazing don't sleep on them

I Went through their drive-thru once for lunch. Their sandwiches were lukewarm & unevenly sauced.

The service today was very crappy. My fries was cold and I returned them and asked them to make some fresh ones and a girl on the back counter was saying some not so kind words about me returning my food. Have me pull forward to wait for fresh and it took quite a while. I am paying for the food I should not receive Service like that message should be warm not cold to the touch.

The online order didn't go through, but I was charged. I showed them my receipt, and they put my order at the front of the line. Great 👍 👌 👍 👌 👍

I did an online order and when I got home, they burnt all the buns. I thought it was just the top and when I was eating it, I noticed the bottom was burnt too.
My wife and I had some coupons that we wanted to use, so we came here on the way home. Coupon was for 2 sandwiches, 2 mozzarella sticks, 2 med fries and 2 drinks. We were told to wait in the front for fresh mozzarella sticks after going through the drive thru. About 5-6 minutes later we got our food, the employee told us and I quote “everything is in the bag.” I decided to trust him, when we got home we looked in the bag to see only one marinara sauce was given to us and no Arby’s sauce like I had asked for! And only 1 sandwich, when I paid for 2?! Guess trusting the employee was a huge mistake! Don’t tell customers everything is in the bag when half of what we asked for is not! This shows a lack of care and a lack of professionalism! Very disappointing cause I love Arby’s but come on. Do better…

My husband went and picked up food for us tonight that I had ordered ahead on the app. When he got home we found that my roast beef sandwich was covered in cheese (I have a milk allergy). He then drove back to the store and asked for it to be remade. The employees were extremely rude. The sandwich even has a label on it stating it was supposed to be a roast beef. When the employee and manager were walking away, the manager said to the employee “you should spit in it”. They used foul language when speak to him and were highly unprofessional. Never coming back to this location as this is the SECOND time we’ve had this experience.

Went through the drive-thru at about 6:15 p.m. . It was very difficult to hear the person through the speaker in the drive-thru so she had to keep repeating herself. We ordered two of the family meals one came with mozzarella cheese sticks and the other one came with apple turnovers. After we ordered, we were informed that they did not have the Apple turnovers and were offered a cookie instead. We asked if we could just get an extra cheese sticks and they said that was fine. We pulled up to the window to pay and found the young lady running the drive-thru to be cordial but not exactly friendly. When she handed us our food I asked if The replacement item have been added and she said everything was in the bags. When we got home we found that we were given a cookie and missing one of the orders of cheese sticks. So overall, not a complete order, didn't listen, did not follow through with what they said, and not particularly friendly. Not the end of the world and not worth going back to complain about the cheese sticks. We don't normally go to Arby's anyway and Taco Bell is right next door.

my food was assembled very sloppy! ive had better in the past. the arby roast beef is cheaply made now it officially bologna! I know how these fake roast beef is made with the meat glue lie regular deli meats. before they used quality meat. WOW what a waste!

Went through the drive thru and bought 4 classic roast beefs among other things. At home, the first sandwich seemed especially skimpy on meat so I took out my electronic scale and measured them all. According to Arby’s management and their site, it should be 3 ounces. I took the meat out of all of them and they weighed 2.8, 2.6, 2.1 and 1.8 ounces. Unfortunately this location used to be better but has been consistently worse. I’ve seen other locations do this as well. Makes me wonder if it’s lazy employees eyeballing it or management trying to save money by stealing from customers.
