Staff are friendly and did good, but new layout is bothersome. It's difficult to know where to go to place an order when you first walk in. There doesn't seem to be a good reason why the cashier is tucked in the back by the bathrooms and far from where you pick up your food.Wheelchair accessibility: The main door opens the wrong direction. For a wheelchair to get in the door it must go past the door a few feet to a spot big enough to turn around. Sidewalk and both entry doors feel a bit small to maneuver a wheelchair comfortably.

Have had the Brown Sugar BLT at another store and has been great both times. Ordered 4 today and two were normal and two were very small. Why? For 6 bucks a sandwich one little tomato slice and 4 small bacon slices is NOT OK.

If I could give 0 stars I would today is 4/9/24 my daughter went there to get us lunch at about 11:40 am and the girl who is working the window is extremely rude and disrespectful if she hates her job that much she should not be in customer service. I’m sorry but you do not yell at your customers because you hate your job or you’re having a bad day. I really hope her manager will look into this because you don’t treat customers like that and I will never go back to this arbys location.

Went at 1130 pm on Tuesday February 6th the indian guy at the drive thru was professional courteous and fast. Got the food was made perfectly and all items exactly as requested. I didn't get his name was very professional and kind. After a 18 hr day heading home from my second job you don't know how much your kindness and quality ment to me. Thank you very much.

Arby's is a fun place to eat. Good selection to choose from. Their Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce mix well on any of their roast beef and cheese sandwiches. One of my favorite addictions is combining those 4 items together. If you do this combo right you'll need extra napkins which is what makes this fun! I can not NOT mention their curly fries. Whatever their seasoning combo is it's done right for most peoples tastes including mine. I've heard of honest mistakes happening, but don't fret. If it does happen, politely bring it up and the situation will get resolved fairly.

I ordered a French dip through the drive through. They didn't give me au jus, didn't cut the sandwich in half, and gave us old mozzarella sticks. Only positive is they didn't mess up my drink...
