Amazing Italian food! They are also extremely accommodating and as a vegan I really appreciate that!! I discovered this place from the Daybreak food trucks and was so bummed when they weren’t at the food truck event. However, they do DoorDash which is awesome! (If you’re in South Jordan like me, you can just DoorDash it!) Pasta is amazing and service is also amazing! Definitely go here if you’re looking for yummy Italian food.

I'm not joking at all when I say this was the best pasta I've ever had. I had the Cacio E Pepe plate, and it was phenomenal. The truck was at a concert at Granary Live, and they had it out and ready for us in like 5 minutes. So good and so fast. I need to pay them a visit again.

Ate at the truck at Daybreak Food Trucks. Fantastic Cacio e Pepe. Some of the best I've had outside Italy. Can't wait to go back and try the pomodoro and vodka. Everybody in the truck seemed to be having fun which is also a big plus.. I didn't think food truck italian could be this good tbh. Glad to be proven wrong

I stopped by their food truck at the Springville Farmer’s Market. I ordered the Bolognese, and it was absolutely delicious! It was the best pasta I’ve had in a long time. I’m already craving it and wanting more! The cannoli was really good too. I will definitely seek them out and go back again.

The pasta here was delicious 😋 I highly recommend this place. The owner is also very nice and wonderful to talk with. I had the cacio de pepe and my husband had the canzone. Both were delicious, but my husband kept stealing bites of my pasta. Come and check it out. You will not be disappointed.
