Great flavor that's not too over powering but you can tell the sauce isn't from a can.
Can most definitely feed 2 adults and 2 kids easily with 2 dishes.

We used Bacio for my son’s wedding dinner. The food quality was superb and Francesco was more than accommodating for our every needs, including gluten-free option. The value that you get with their catering for the quality of food is amazing. We had so many of our wedding guests rant and rave to us about the food. Cannot recommend them enough for any of your catering needs.

Awesome food truck! I’ve been coming for 2 years and have always loved their beautiful food and service. For my 21st birthday party I had them cater and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They arrived on time and had food in foils that kept it fresh and warm. We ordered two pastas and they supplied us with plastic plates, cutlery, napkins, bread and parmesan to our surprise. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Great authentic pasta dishes. I've had all of the pasta dishes and my favorite would be the the bolognese. Their tiramisu is great too and not too sweet which is what I prefer for desserts.

Ordered a panzerroti with balsamic on the side, they put it on the panzerroti. I would normally give people a chance to remedy this, but the service was so rude that I didn't want ask them to fix it. I didn't eat any and gave it to my husband.
The panzerroti was soggy and not at all authentic. It's was a dinner roll sliced in half with some lukewarm ingredients stuffed inside. For authentic food, hit up Mastras in American Fork. They are kind and take great care with preparation, ingredients, and customer treatment.
EDIT: Husband ended up getting food poisoning from the meal.
