The guy at the front counter has good customer service, Now the cook in the back needs a mean mugging adjustment. When asked to re do my sandwich due to it having mayo, she looks at me with the ugliest mean mugging face....... Hey if I'ma pay for my Food I want it done right EVEN THO THE SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH was a complete rip off smh the patty is literally as thin as a piece of paper smh I want my money back. I paid over $9 for the meal just to have some jacked up, skinny, on a diet type of patty in my sandwich. Remember when the spicy sandwich was $.99 and it actually had a thick chicken patty ?? Yeaaaa where's that at Carl? I was very disappointed in my meal. The fries were on hit tho lol

First time at a Carl's junior in 10 years and pleasantly surprised at the quality of food. Got the El Diablo and it did not disappoint. Right amount of spiciness, and the fries were really good. The counter brought out good to the table, which is never the case for fast food counter order type establishments. The atmosphere was pleasant with local artwork representative of the area and sports. Clean and inviting, glad I stopped by.
