I’m an Uber Eats driver, and I had a really disappointing experience with the general manager at this location. I came back to let her know there was a mistake with an order for an elderly couple—one of them asked for a Cherry soda and was given a Coca-Cola instead. I explained the situation in Spanish and English, and I even told her I wasn’t asking to charge them or make it difficult—I just wanted to help the couple, who were clearly struggling.

Instead of showing any empathy, the general manager immediately said “no” and refused to make it right. I’ve seen other restaurants (including other Carl’s Jr. locations) happily fix small mistakes or even offer a free drink if a customer has to wait too long. But here, the manager chose not to help at all.

It wasn’t about the soda—it was about basic decency and professionalism. The lack of empathy and compassion was shocking. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

3 sandwiches 2 fries 1 coke 40 dollars.. I feel like carls has California prices in all their stores..kind of explains why they aren't very busy. The food was good but not 40 dollars good. I know I can be a bit cheap but its just overpriced.

I stopped getting the grilled cheese breakfast sandwich because it's never toasted anymore. This morning caved and wanted to try again. Soft fluffy buttered bread and cold cheese, not a hint of grilled or touch of heat. It's still an edible sandwich, but come on! Also they didn't have sugar or creamer for coffee today.

Honestly, this place doesn't give a shit I'm literally sitting down watching them conversate while i've waited for over ten minutes for just a five pack of chicken tenders... and it always takes this long here, always. If you are in a hurry, don't even bother!!
