My family and I were taken care of by Sandra! She is amazing, sweet, and very attentive. Her positive attitude and quick service made for a very positive experience. We love coming here!

Came here to dine in, and they have a friendly staff. They were on top of it, kept checking in on me and my husband to see if we needed anything! I highly recommend coming here !

2 employees working Tuesday night around 615p.
Neither servicing front lobby or paying attention.
No other guests inside, one vehicle in drive thru lane.
After not being acknowledged for a while I just walked out.
Don't waste your time/money on this location.
I certainly will not going forward.
Every time I come at this location they always seem to have a problem whit any order I make I will not be coming back at all !

The drive through needs to be wider!!!!! A truck has to do multi turns just to get through! NOT good!! There is so much room to widen the drive through as well!!!

I’m an Uber Eats driver, and I had a really disappointing experience with the general manager at this location. I came back to let her know there was a mistake with an order for an elderly couple—one of them asked for a Cherry soda and was given a Coca-Cola instead. I explained the situation in Spanish and English, and I even told her I wasn’t asking to charge them or make it difficult—I just wanted to help the couple, who were clearly struggling.
Instead of showing any empathy, the general manager immediately said “no” and refused to make it right. I’ve seen other restaurants (including other Carl’s Jr. locations) happily fix small mistakes or even offer a free drink if a customer has to wait too long. But here, the manager chose not to help at all.
It wasn’t about the soda—it was about basic decency and professionalism. The lack of empathy and compassion was shocking. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
