The new pizza was good The mountain dew was bomb I will get it again That's for dang sure it doesn't even have a heat taste to it I'm surprised by that but the mountain dew Little Caesars came out with us pretty good
Never Ever Hot & Ready…. Whoever franchise this is definitely needs to be notified 👎
Ordered a stuffed crust online I picked it up and it was old and hard I then called the store for them just to hang up on me. For the price I could've went to any pizza place will never get another pizza from this location or any other location little caesars have gone down hill
I just ordered an Extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. I brought it home and it was the wrong order. When i called them to complain they kept hanging up on me and the associates barely spoke English. Definitely not my best experience.
Ordered crazy bread and got this called to ask what to do nobody answered for over 10 minutes. When I went back no manager. The person who I think might have been in charge spoke no English so someone had to translate.
See we ordered a pizza it was a cheese with pineapple and the other half of the pizza was veggies well they just gived us veggies and ham and we did not order that and I was not cooked all the way bad service
A Go-To for quick pizza
Wasn't sure if I wanted to leave a review but after skimming other reviews I felt it necessary to share my experience. Went in for a pretzel pizza. Had ordered several in the past and they tasted great and were creamy with the pretzel cheese sauce they put on it. This one had the smallest amount of pretzel cheese sauce I have gotten on one before. It was dismal, some pieces had a little bit here and there, but for the most part there was none. After eating two slices and feeling unsatisfied I pulled the cheese up on several slices and all of them had literally no pretzel cheese on them except for maybe in a couple small spots. Which is fine, I went back as it wasn't far, brought in the original pizza, requested for a new one and showed them my issue. The employee who is obviously underpaid and could care less, went and showed it to the manager in the back. He came back and told me since I had already eaten some of the slices they couldn't do anything. I requested to speak to the manager directly, the employee came back and informed me they were willing to remake it, but told me I would need to pay a dollar for extra cheese sauce. I explained to him it was ridiculous as it was nonexistent on the pizza in the firsplace. I just wanted a normal amount of cheese sauce and not none. They then remade it for me, and the resulting pizza, whilst having more cheese sauce than initially still was far lighter than pizzas I've had in the past. Some pieces had sufficient cheese sauce, others lacked any. At this point I gave up. It seems ridiculous to me that a business values the cost of one pizza over providing quality customer service. While I understand it might be taken advantage of by dishonest customers. In my case it was clearly not an attempt at a free pizza. While I did have a few slices before deciding I wanted to go in to give them a chance to resolve it. I brought the entire rest of the pizza in with me, and told them they could keep the old one. I just wanted the product I paid for to be consistent with the same product I've had in the past. Managers value hitting their inventory goals for bonus over retaining customers.
You're gonna tell me I'M LATE and that's why you pulled my pizza from the ready box only 15 minutes after it was ready? You need to go work somewhere else bro, having a condescending attitude with your customers is NOT the way to do customer service.
Also, considering your attitude, I'm going to one up you, I did send a message about you to the DM, good luck!
Like the pizza.
The wings are not the best and are over priced

First off this location charges you MORE than what you are aware of. They charge you for the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni Pizza INSTEAD of the Classic Pizza and will not tell you. THAT IS NOT RIGHT! They will ONLY keep the Extra Pepperoni one available but do not tell you that you can wait 15 min for the Classic or be charged more for a pizza NOT requested..
I brought this up to a crappy employee in regards of being charged more and he said that the Extra Pepperoni is all they have available and I didn’t ask for the “classic” I asked for the “pepperoni pizza” SIR WHAT give me the damn classic and do your job right. The fact I had no option given to choose whether I wanted to be charged more or not is crazy AND this occurs EVERY-TIME I go in to the point I avoid this location and go to the one on 4800W but it’s NOT right with this occurring when I decide to go here. I KNOW reading the reviews this happens to everyone.
The MANAGER ALEXANDRIA doesn’t do her job correctly nor knows how to communicate properly to be able to prevent this she is actually the one who encourages her employees to charge more I don’t think that’s right that customer are unaware of what they’re being charged when they ask for something … if I wanted extra pepperonis I’d buy em but it’s the concept of it.
DO YOUR JOB RIGHT PLS.
Always family flavor.
Sometimes is not cut correctly and not fresh sometimes workers are polite
The food is just consistently bad from this location.
I said NO cut but the cut my pizza 2 times and then made me a different pizza,
I spent my 35 minutes of my time
