Every time I order to pick up from their portal is never on time even if I show up 10 or 15 minutes after I get the email saying that the order is already in the portal I get there and I still have to wait for another 10 minutes until they attend the people inline, I don’t understand why they even have that thing called portal if it’s faster just to get in the line?

Ordered from the app for delivery. Dasher sent me a txt once they were at the store. A few minutes later I received a notification that my order had been cancelled and was told to contact the store. So I called the store, and was hung up on. Called back and was told that someone picked my order up and then another dasher showed up to the store to pick up my order after it was already taken. Guy on the phone said it was probably stolen and that I needed to call door dash to fix the problem. Now waiting 10-12 business days for a full refund. Poor service!

I just ordered an Extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. I brought it home and it was the wrong order. When i called them to complain they kept hanging up on me and the associates barely spoke English. Definitely not my best experience.

Ordered crazy bread and got this called to ask what to do nobody answered for over 10 minutes. When I went back no manager. The person who I think might have been in charge spoke no English so someone had to translate.

Wasn't sure if I wanted to leave a review but after skimming other reviews I felt it necessary to share my experience. Went in for a pretzel pizza. Had ordered several in the past and they tasted great and were creamy with the pretzel cheese sauce they put on it. This one had the smallest amount of pretzel cheese sauce I have gotten on one before. It was dismal, some pieces had a little bit here and there, but for the most part there was none. After eating two slices and feeling unsatisfied I pulled the cheese up on several slices and all of them had literally no pretzel cheese on them except for maybe in a couple small spots. Which is fine, I went back as it wasn't far, brought in the original pizza, requested for a new one and showed them my issue. The employee who is obviously underpaid and could care less, went and showed it to the manager in the back. He came back and told me since I had already eaten some of the slices they couldn't do anything. I requested to speak to the manager directly, the employee came back and informed me they were willing to remake it, but told me I would need to pay a dollar for extra cheese sauce. I explained to him it was ridiculous as it was nonexistent on the pizza in the firsplace. I just wanted a normal amount of cheese sauce and not none. They then remade it for me, and the resulting pizza, whilst having more cheese sauce than initially still was far lighter than pizzas I've had in the past. Some pieces had sufficient cheese sauce, others lacked any. At this point I gave up. It seems ridiculous to me that a business values the cost of one pizza over providing quality customer service. While I understand it might be taken advantage of by dishonest customers. In my case it was clearly not an attempt at a free pizza. While I did have a few slices before deciding I wanted to go in to give them a chance to resolve it. I brought the entire rest of the pizza in with me, and told them they could keep the old one. I just wanted the product I paid for to be consistent with the same product I've had in the past. Managers value hitting their inventory goals for bonus over retaining customers.
