Food was good. But a little bit pricy 40$ for a super loco burger, chopoburger and 2 fried. It was filling though. I would go again, but not to often. I do love how the fries were seasoned.

I recently visited Loco Burger in Kearns, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the long wait times. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order, during which I watched numerous customers leave without their food while many others, like myself, were left in limbo.
What compounded the frustration was the apparent lack of urgency and care from the staff. They seemed indifferent to the growing line of hungry customers, including me, who were left wondering when our orders would be taken care of. It felt as if the employees were overwhelmed and didn’t have the training necessary to manage the situation effectively. I also tried calling multiple times in which the employee would pick up the phone then immediately hang up.
I believe that the restaurant would greatly benefit from additional staff training to improve their customer service and efficiency. It's a shame because Loco Burger has the potential to be a great spot with the right attention to service. Until then, I can't recommend it based on my experience.

Asked for a plain burger just meat and bun got it the first time with everything on it sent it back asked again for just a plain burger just a bun and a hamburger patty came out the second time with even more on it then the first time was not busy. Will not recommend anyone to come here

Loved this new burger joint, Burgers are amazingly fantastic. Who would have thought that a hot dog on a burner would be so great! I can't wait to return. I live in Idaho, and this is around the corner from my sister in laws home I. Kearns Lucky her!
What a refreshing change to the usual hamburger. The loco burger was fantastic. The wedge fries with the option of different spice levels wad a great change of pace. Service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was not memorable, but I just loved the colorful tables and wall art. A must try!! It's a little pricier than most hamburger places. Dropped score down some as expecting tips for no table service. ##notipfornoservice

Tastes good but portion size to cost is not matching. I ordered a grande French fry and not a child size. If what I got is Grande, I really would hate to see what a small portion is. Burger was 6 out of 10. I paid $20, I feel the burger should have been $9.99 and the fry $2.99

What a disappointment over $30 for two Burgers and cheese fries that wasn't even one potato worth of fires plus they charged 5.99 for it. Plus charged me for my sauces then forgot to give it to me. I won't be returning.

Usually I don’t write reviews, but this time I found it to be necessary.. the food took quite a bit longer to be served for a burger joint, very small amount of food for the price, order the simply burger and onion rings, burger was missing the onions lime it shows in the picture and wasn’t hot, onion rings there was only 6 pieces and crumbles, they asked if wanted medium or hot sauce and all I got was fry sauce, also ordered a loco burger with fries and same thing hamburger wasn’t hot, only a small hand of fries and same with the sauce I got the hot sauce and got frysauce as well, I think isn’t worth it for the price almost 40 dlls for two meals that don’t have the quality for their cost, and this could explain why lobby is empty the whole time was there eating…
