So I live in kearns almost directly between the McDonald’s on 5400 s and the one one 5600 west. I have 2 questions for both locations. Why is your lobby closed? And why are you willing to discriminate and not help certain customers? I pull a 16 foot long trailer for work so going through your drive through isn’t an option. My trailer is too tall and it’s hard to make those turns. The only other way I can order food from your locations is on the app which I can’t change...read full review

Today I went and ordered one of the new chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwich was done incorrectly I called in and the person who answer was rude and unprofessional they requested for me to go back with my receipt, during the call they did not ask how can I help you, or how can we fix our mistake. worst customer service ever received from McDonald's. I went back same scenario the person who helped me was rude and unprofessional at no time she even asked how can I fix the mistake?...read full review
