More often than not, we end up leaving without something from our order. And we have to ask for it or return back for it.

I came to McDonald olds today ,I had orders 4 $5 meals and a 4 piece strip . I never received my strips and one of my nuggets so I go inside to ask for them , when I get there a kind kid gives me what I needed. Then I needed a refill and one of the mangers came up to em and asked for my receipt… I wonders why because I only just need a refill for my coke she kept asking and asking me if I had a coke and was telling me I’m lying when clearly the receipt had a medium coke ! Can I not just have a refill she looked at me and said okay I’ll get you one being sarcastic. I patiently waited and she kept walking past me laughing and laughing until 15 minutes she gave it to me !!! This is such a horrible Mcdonolds I won’t be coming here again .

always wait at the window the people at this place are really bad at remembering that you have already paid and are waiting on food you have ordered. I was sent to the second window and forgotten. at least 10 cars went around me

The overnight staff seriously need to be retrained on handling food. This is the third time I’ve come and gotten either soggy cold fries or just cold fries and food. They are super nice but can’t seem to tell the temperature right from wrong. Come on guys.

0 stars . Terrible manager has no customer service for the customer. Ordered through the app at 1050am for breakfast. Get there at 1105am they don't have breakfast they won't give me a refund like the app says for them to do. Tell me to go to my bank for a refund when the app says to go to them . Good luck getting your money back here if you order breakfast and can't get it . Don't even bother with the manager.

I'm very upset with the service I got from this location. When you work a grave shift and stop by to get breakfast before going home, I had one person saying my card wasn't working, even though my card was replaced, so there was nothing wrong with the chip. He kept saying my card wasn't working, so he called his manager, who hardly speaks English. She tried to assist but immediately brushed me off, saying 'We can't help you.' This manager needs more training; if not, she should go work somewhere else.

I have been here numerous times drive thrue and inside. Staff, including shift lead management are rude and act extremely inconvenienced.
