We ordered the Steak & Eggs and the Country Fried Steak, along with a side of French Toast. It was great all around. A small local business run by a family that clearly cares. This place actually gave me nostalgia - reminding me of old school family-owned cafes from my childhood, that had both tasty food & a great atmosphere. Many try to replicate that nowadays but few have it down like Mom’s. The owner even brought us a thing of their Chili Verde to try for next time. Lots of flavor. Definitely a must try.

First, when we walked in I didn't think it smelled so good, but my husband smelled nothing so we sat down. We proceeded to order coffee which was AWESOME even without flavored creamer. After sitting there for at least 10 minutes watching other people that arrived after we did get there food. My FAVORITE part was after waiting so long for our breakfast, our waitress came over to ask if she had taken our order, after telling her what we ordered she said that she couldn't find our ticket. Needless to say 45 minutes later we got our breakfast. I just hope the taste is worth it

While the decor may feel a little over the top, the food is delightful, as are the staff, and the entire atmosphere is worth your business for brunch. We've gone a couple of times, it's worth returning to, and the food is filling. A comfort diner!

While the service was good. We ordered the biscuits and gravy, and they were incredibly bland. It tasted like the biscuits came out of a freezer and the gravy out of a can. I also ordered the french toast. This was slightly better, tasted more like it was homemade. The French toast pieces were still small and thin.

You could say the portions are smaller, even the coffee. But the prices match and are very fair. The S&B was pretty standard, but the pancakes were stellar. The staff was on top of their game. Great, simple food!

Our server was too busy staring at her phone and talking to other staff while they watched football, to even get our order finished. She asked us twice about out toast, since she asked but didnt care the first time. then managed to get 2 other tables that sat down after we ordered their food and toast before I said something. Never asked if my 1 small cup of coffee needed a refill. Horrible service. I'd recommend take out as the only good option for this establishment.

Why does this place have so many 5 star reviews?! The only good thing about this place was our server. She was attentive and helpful. We ordered burgers, they were out. We sat at plastic folding tables, the seats were filthy. It's too dark in there to see and the bathrooms smelled awful. The food was ok, in replace of burgers we got BLT's (rock hard bacon), biscuits and gravy (both cold) and chicken cordon blue. Won't be going back. Sorry Mom!
